Extremely disappointed by the fact that the store hours say they are open till 9pm drive 25 min as it’s the closest one to where I live to get in my car and turn around because they are CLOSED 3 HOURS BEFORE THE ONLINE HOURS! Plus the online hours state they are verified by DG a week ago.

ALWAYS closed. Does not have set hours, supposedly under staffed BUT its always been like this. They open/close when ever they want to. I gone at all hours of the day between 9am-5pm this last month and no matter what hour I go its ALWAYS closed.

I just come here to shop whenever Im on the budget its a great place to shop at. Thank you. So much for all the cashiers and the management and other crew members for all your hard work into keeping the store looking clean and stocked up and ready to go!.

Store isnt that clean or organized. They are very under staffed so checkout is extremely slow. Its a true dollar store because everything is a dollar which is nice.

There is aways a nice selection of seasonal items at this location.

Its a great place to shop at when your on the budget. And on the go I like it myself I shop there. Thank you to all the staff and crew members and cashiers and management. For all your hard work 🙂

Wasnt very busy when I was there I just went in for a couple of things ended up with more than I went in for which is what I usually do, service was great friendly efficient theyve gotten new and better help

Always understaffed. The last two times Ive went there it was closed due to being understaffed. This isnt the first time this has happened either and as much as people would love to blame it on Covid it was like this before C19 too. Maybe they need to look at the management as to why they cant even seem to keep enough people to be able to open the store.

Update your hours on your Google business listing!! You say you are open until 8 on Sunday but your have been closed much earlier then that for weeks now. You have wasted a lot of peoples time.

Got to the store and started shopping just before 5pm. The store had a sign saying they were open until 6pm. Shortly after I arrived the worker announced attention all customers the store is closing, bring your things to the check out please.While at checkout a customer brought up that they thought they closed at 6pm, and the worker said not today I got better $#!+ to do, and no offence but none of you are that important to me and were running on Candice time tonightAt this point I left the store. I watched 7 customers go to the locked doors in confusion while writing this.Ive never heard someone be so rude to customers before. I understand things come up, but there are much better ways to explain yourself.

The young lady was very helpful. They didnt have any of one certain balloon i was looking for. But her customer service was very good. Thank you

We have a manadate to wear masks. The cashier had a mask on below her nose. Violation of the mandate and no concern for the safety of her customers. Every customer was wearing theirs correctly. So all of us were protecting her but she did not reciprocate as mandated!

Ive found that the dollar store has plenty of cleaning supplies, brand names and great price.

Great customer service today but lots of open shelves

Cashier was not wearing a mask. All other employees were. Why are we required to wear one and he is not?Lots of empty shelves. Seems to have gone drastically down hill.

It would be better if employees actually wore their face masks

Noticed the other day that a worker was assisting a woman in a wheel chair with shopping. That there proves how great the service is! Definitely will continue shopping here! The staff is all helpful, kind, and have great attitudes!

I was a nearby customer when a cashier accidentally over-drafted an account a few weeks ago, and wanted to say I witnessed the whole thing. I dislike when people make bad reviews because they’re mad, from what I seen, both the cashier and the manager were trying to figure it out and apologized abundantly. The store has sooo many different forms to pay with from EBT to gift cards, so when a certain amount is wanted on a certain card for payment, there needs to be better explanations other than “I have $5 on this” they also didn’t refuse anything. The card machine ask if you want a receipt and from my understanding, if you say no it won’t print. I think this store is great, and will always continue to shop there. The cashiers and management works hard to always ensure a beautiful store, and in some cases the customer isn’t always right LOL.

Found what I was looking for. I got 6 cards for less than I would pay for 1 card at Walmart or any other store.

I usually love shopping with dollar tree. I normally do not make the trip back to dollar tree if i want to exchange something, simply because it usually doesnt seem worth the drive to replace a one dollar item. However, this time i had 3 items i wanted to exchange. One was a water bottle that i couldnt use because it leaked. The other two items were identical picture frames meant to hold an 8 1/2 by 11inch document/certificate. The reason I was returning them was because at home i opened one and attempted to put an 8 1/2 by 11 inch document into it, but the frame was too small and my certificate wouldnt fit into the frame! I also noticed a scratch on the glass. Initially, upon walking into the store with my three items and handing them to the cashier, she said I could go pick out three items and come back to make the exchange. After spending 20 minutes scouring the store to find three items to make the exchange, I get up to the register and first the cashier is telling me she will not do the exchange because I happened to grab food items to make the exchange with and that is not allowed. That would have been nice to know upon the first conversation when I entered the store and was told to pick out three items. Then, the manager named Debbie came up to the register and informed the cashier that they would not let me exchange one of my frames at all because it was open! I explained that it was only open because it is false advertising as it does not fit the size it says it will fit and I didnt know that until I opened it to try it! She didnt even give me time to mention the scratch. I was met with backlash and attitude from the manager, and they offered no solution to help me remedy this problem. This policy makes no sense, considering that the water bottle was an open item that does not even come with wrapping of any kind around it and I was allowed to return that ! Therefore, I left the store with two items I didnt need, a frame I cannot use, and a bad taste in my mouth from the attitude I was met with. I will never return to this location Dollar Tree again, and if I have another experience like this at another Dollar Tree location, I will stop shopping at the chain completely. Dollar treepolicies regarding returns/ exchanges have become very ridiculous and unfair.

I LOVE dollar tree. I never come out empty handed. Ive bought a variety of things from here and loved them. Obviously, you have to keep in mind you are buying from a dollar store. I love that they have fancy balloons for $1. Cant go wrong. I love their cheap cards, storage containers, candy, frozen mini red Barron pizzas, frozen turkey burgers, and silverware. Ive found Julian Michaels workout vids there and good books as well!
