I had a hitch installed on my 2015 Honda CR-V. I was told would take 45 minutes and I ended up waiting 3 hours (first red flag). Weeks later, when I picked up my trailer from a different location, the lights on the trailer weren’t working due to a connection problem. I had to go back to the location where I had my hitch and wiring installed to have them connect the wiring to the power source. I waited in line for 30 min (totally fine because they were busy, yet understaffed). When it was my turn to be helped, the employee was not equipped with the knowledge to fix my problem. He tried to call his manager, but he didn’t answer. He is the only one working so he is assisting other customers. I’ve been waiting for three hours for someone to have the competence to connect the wiring correctly so it is safe for me to drive. In sum, 3 hours of my time was wasted when the wiring was incorrectly installed in addition to another 3 hours waiting for a solution on the day I’m supposed to move. At this moment in time, I am still waiting for a solution. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do better.UPDATE: Aaron, who was the only person working, fixed the wiring. Thank you Aaron!! He was so kind and apologetic for the whole situation and did the best with what he had. This is obviously a management problem.

How do you close at 7pm and you have no one certified to fill propane tanks.

NEVER get a hitch or any wiring done here...quote 1 hour and takes them 3.5 hours, with 2 guys working on it! AND I had to re-wire the lights myself after they ran the plug through my back hatch and didnt wire the brake lights. So, job done wrong, unprofessional employees, terrible location, untrained staff...pick your reason. Never again will I go here.
