The staff is professional and helpful. The facility is clean and safe. The process did not take long at all and the staff made sure that everything was explained properly. Definitely will recommend to friends and family

The facility is clean, available, and spacious. Most of all the service was excellent. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Rose and she made sure all of my accommodations were met. I would advise anyone to make Life Storage on Coliseum Blvd your second home.

This place is great! My first contact with Life Storage was Ashley. She answered all my questions and gave me the level of comfort needed to know that this was the storage place for me! On my future visit to sign the contract, Natoshia did a fantastic job as well continuing to answer questions and getting me settled into a climate control unit. I would definitely do business with them again if they have a location close enough to be practical!

Ashley and this store were AWESOME. We used the truck from there because we needed a bigger truck and she explained everything thoroughly. Definitely go here for your renting needs.

I wouldn’t normally rate a storage place but holy cow, I’ve never gotten this kind of customer service!Toshia (the manager) was amazing and responsive from first contact. I emailed her my trailer registration and my application was filled out waiting for me when I arrived.I was greeted by Anthony who was extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating. Based on his ability to get stuff done and have a great attitude, I would have thought he was the owner but he was actually the assistant manager.GREAT team and so happy I found them. Whatever the owners are doing to keep the team motivated, it’s working!

She made my day considering the hot uncomfortable weather and how tired I was from moving furniture all day. She had a wonderful disposition and tops at her job. The ladies here did such a wonderful job with helping me at this location. Cemetra went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct unit that fits my needs at the time. The staff here is very professional and knowledgable of this industry. The location (for me) is perfect and the rent is one of the cheapest I found. The unit I rent is the perfect size and was spotless when I started moving stuff in. I like the fact that it is gated and has numerous cameras throughout the facility.
