Awesome, service fresh everything, affordable, clean store.

The grounds werent super clean. I had placed an order on Monday that required 96 hours notice. I went to pick it up on Friday and they had not filled the order. The poor guy in the back was barely able to fill it even after opening all the boxes he had and using everything out of the display case. He was, at least, very nice!

Would prefer a self-checkout option…. Especially considering the two ladies checking me out/bagging groceries didn’t speak to me at ALL. Welcome to customer service 2021 😑

Unfortunately I very rarely shop at this Publix location. I was there today because I had a lunch date at midtown pizza company. This is an exceptional Publix. The people working there and the store are very nice. It is an enjoyable grocery store to shop in.

Great store always clean and very friendly and helpful staff. I go a lot for the fresh baked goods mostly. Their deli items are also great with a good variety.

My job requires me to travel, which means I contact hundreds if not thousands of people throughout the months. I have experienced quite a few events where customer service has caused a considerable decline due to the pandemic and customer service safety. Now that things are starting to get back on track, I feel it is essential that people feel safe and comfortable coming out again. Publix has nailed it in creating a friendly and safe environment the moment they walk through those retracting doors. I like to mention that I enjoyed shopping at the #1027 location off of Zelda Rd in Montgomery Ala; the store was immaculate and organized very clean. The customer service was by far the best I have had in years. I felt safe. Myron Harris Brent (ASM) in the DELI Department provides exceptional service. I experience this first hand. The Deli- department employees take pride in their work. I notice how she made my sandwich. I could tell she loves what she does because the whole time, she smiles and asks me if anything else I wanted on my sandwich. She took care of me, and may I say the sandwich was delicious. Publix will always be the go place for me when I need food because of the service I received, and thanks to all the people that work at that location, you get five stars any day from me .

Went in to get some balloons blown up for my sister who is coming out of the hospital from just giving birth. I asked the gentleman how could I get some blown up and he said” I’m not standing here for my health”caught me off guard I said never mind . His response should have been more like I can help you. There’s usually someone else over there, so I didn’t want to assume he was the one who could help me. Never had a bad experience ever and I shop there atleast once a week if not more.I don’t typically leave reviews, but I work in customer service and i wouldn’t get smart with a customer because you never know what they are going through!!!

This store has such a great variety of food. It is very clean, well stocked, helpful and knowledgeable employees. Great place to shop!

Publix is as usual a pleasant stop. This morning I needed some small breakfast items and some flowers. My Fiance Loves her flowers, always. Thanks Publix.

I had to purchase a cake at the last minute. Ms. Peggy in the bakery was busy trying to get other orders out for pickup. She still took the time to help me design my own cake. And she walked me to Customer service so that I would know how to pay and place my order. My cake was beautiful, custom made for me and my guest thought it was delicious. Thank you so much Ms. Peggy!

Nice and clean store. Found everything I needed. Cashier was friendly. The line moved quickly and several lines were open.

I was treated very rudely here today by what I assume was a manager. One of my items would not scan, and she took it, promising to return with a new one. I waited while at least FIVE other people were checked out, she never returned. I had to eventually go back to the aisle myself- which I would have done in the first place if shed simply asked instead of volunteering. Then, after two trips because the NEXT item wouldnt scan, I found her in the aisle, removing all of the same items from the shelf! It was not expired, it has not been recalled, and I have no idea what was going on because she couldnt explain it. She was a very poor communicator at the least and I resent being made to wait for so long without courtesy or explanation while other items were ruining in the car in this heat. Ive never been treated like that at the Publix I usually frequent. Just terrible! If you put something on the shelf, sell it! And at the very least just tell me if you wont sell it so I can get on with my day!

First and foremost, I am a Instacart shopper which means I shop for other people online and deliver to there homes. I go into the store and get groceries for customers. June 21 when this all started. I had 3 different order for 3 different customers. I got to the register to check out. I noticed I forgot my card in the car and I told the girl I would be right back. She said that’s fine I will leave everything here until you come back. When I came back in the store… I wasn’t even gone for 5 mins and they putting everything back. I had like 50 groceries. All my customers groceries. The manager Anna Marie and miss Alexis thought it was funny.. they had no sympathy or didn’t say sorry or anything. She made everything worse. She didn’t care about how devastating this was for me. DON’T EVER PUT BACK A CUSTOMERS GROCERIES. HOW DARE YOU ALL! CUSTOMERS COME FIRST ALWYAS REMEMBER THAT!!

Decent deli of youre in the mood for fried chicken with a side of fried chicken. Tons of stuff on the menu but they only put out chicken.

One of my regular grocery stores, Publix has perfected its app. Thats a feature thats particularly useful. Coupled with other promotions, I can plan my shopping trips.

Very good...customer service is excellent. and you can usually find what youre looking for. Prices are a little high but store is clean and vegetables and fruits are fresh.

PRICE GOUGING BY MANAGEMENT AMIDST COVID JOB LOSSES!So I thought that I would buy a pineapple and a watermelon at this local Publix but I couldn’t find any so I pulled a manager to the side to ask for help. He told me that NONE of the fruit I wanted was available because the staff was cutting up all the fruit. So instead of paying the normal $7 I would have to pay at least DOUBLE THE PRICE for a pineapple and nearly QUADRUPLE the price for a watermelon. However, he was more than happy to sell me organic fruit which was half the size for DOUBLE THE PRICE! I laughed and told him that surely he was joking and asked if he could just get me a regular fruit from the back, but he adamantly REFUSED and told me that I was NOT ALLOWED TO BUY THAT FRUIT whole....WOW!

The cashier Deloris was very rude. The manager wasnt there abs the assistant manager didnt come in until 12 and the produce manager didnt seem to care.

I had a terrible experience at this location. Not only was I DISRESPECTFULLY refused service by a KAREN aka Stephanie, she went above and beyond to make sure no one else would offer me service. I am a long time customer and NEVER have I ever experience such an impertinence from a Publix associate. NEVER will I ever go to this Publix at this location and I advice anyone else to think twice about it.

My Go to grocery store the customer service absolutely great everyone wears a mask its very safe very clean I absolutely love it.

Nice place clean

I order a 2 piece white from the deli. They were out of breasts so I bought a thigh. Once I was at home, I couldnt eat it because it was halfway done. This makes the second location Ive been to where the chicken was half done. I know accidents happen but it shouldnt happen when it comes to food. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
