Good experience. Store is good about keeping items on the shelf. Prices slightly higher than Walmart but the customer service makes up for that. The next time, Ill try self check out as the cashier wasted no time clearing my groceries from the register because I could not locate my debit card fast enough...really.

I got meat from deli, i ask Young lady to not give me end pieces. she said she couldnt open a new one. i have been sick since i ate Turkey, its the only thing I ate yesterday

Love love love ALL the Publix I have been to. Friendly associates and great products. Also a few of my prescriptions are no cost. I got a bunch of shrimp dinners from the hot food deli and they were so good; a lot of food for a small price. I got the kids a snack box with shrimp and they are very generous. They were out of catfish fillets but I will get those another time. 😋🍤🍤🍤😋

Well, I walked in and I asked the person at the front desk if they had soy products, if he could tell me where they are. He said let me take you and show you where our soy products are.. Well he was really nice and helpful and he asked me if he could help me find anything else and I told him no, but thank you. I looked at his name and it was Sean, and later I found out he was the store manager. The other employees there that day were just as helpful. The seafood that I ordered from the counter was going to take 5 minutes so I was looking for peppercorns. The seafood worker found me and brought my Cajun steamed shrimp to me!!! This store has it going on!!! The cashier BJ was very nice and patient with me when I had questions about my bill, and answered my question so I understood. This store deserves the 5 stars I gave it. I have been in the service industry for many years and I know that it takes a lot of work and effort for a whole store to be successful like I just described, the whole team has to work together to produce such an excellent experience like the one I had when I visited Publix yesterday. Just to say it, I do not work for Publix or know anyone who does. I am strictly a customer who wants to let everyone know about how awesome this store is!

Nice clean store everything was well stocked. I was just running in for a quick bite...went to the deli and got a sub. Sorry I didnt get a picture I was eating too fast but everything was fresh...my veggies were crisp. And i even picked up dessert in the bakery.

Great shopping experience. Didnt like that the employee basically follwed me out the store and rushed me when I was putting my groceries. She walks out maybe 1 minute after me walked up to me well the basket and said ill take this basket for you. Im like um ok you want to take the groceries back inside too or something. Need to teach the employees not to do that. Smh

I picked up a cake for my little sisters birthday. Payed for it, took it to my car and looked at it when I was unloading groceries and they were ants in the cake! I was in a rush to work so I dropped the cake off to the front and said I’ll call later. Called later and they told me I can pick up a new one the next day. Came back the next day just for them to hand me back the SAME EXACT came, they just picked out the ants. The lady told me I would have to speak to a manager in order for them to re-do anything... I’ve never had this experience at any public, the lady just act like she didn’t care. I ended up leaving, $60 short with no cake.

The deli is a 1 my baby 17th birthday party was ruined 😪I order her cake a week in advance. She go the wrong cake and the wrong size the wording was horrible because of the size. My husband went to get the cake at 1215 it was due 1230 they had not started it. My niece picked it up at 430pm and she didnt know what we order. She was sure it was not what I would order so she questioned it. They assured her it was correct. Yet when I spoked with the Manger it was clearly written on the ticket my order. COVID strikes again.

Good selection however, the main restrooms have been out of order for weeks, and the one family restroom in use was out of paper towels and dirty.

Very high prices and the Best fruits, vegetables, and deserts. Their heirs(the Publix family) funded the capitol r1ots dated January 6 2021. On another note, they gave me the senior citizen discount. When i said i didnt qualify they responded: well we can never tell. What a wonderful place to declare someone elderly years before their time.

Has a good selection and when you need a quick dinner plan the wings from the deli are always a great idea.

I like Publix, but now I absoultely LOVE it here! We came in and ended up shopping over 22 mins after closing. This is not a habit I make, but the employees were extremely accomodating! Urkekia and Gigi were on point tonight and Id like to give them a round of applause. We had a delay due to getting our WIC items but they handled our checkout with diligence and finesse! Love you guys!!!

The daily doing lunch time has the worst customer service I came in a day standing waiting the lady Courtney on the cell phone look at me kept showing the other girls something on the phone never acknowledge me and when she did come she had attitude go to the manager I dont know if youre going to do anything about it but she seemed not to like her job how hard it is to put food and something and give it to you

Staff does an excellent job and is very friendly. They have a wide selection of items and I can find everything I need here with ease. The deals on the liters of soda is insane. You all also have a much better bakery and ice cream than the Walmart stores do. This store will always be my go to for groceries.

This place has the freshest meats and produce in town. The staff is very professional and helpful. Sure the prices are a little higher, however, you get what you pay for... I dont expect lobster if I order crawfish!!!

I walked in and right back out. I forgot hiw expensive the products are in this chain of stores. Still, the sodas I want have been out of stock a while, so I didnt even buy anything.

Low or no stock in frozen vegetable sections.

Store is well-stocked and plenty of fresh fruit.

So I go in the store to ask for a money gram and the cashier says they do them. So I proceed with my purchase. Only to find out its a money order. Well I told her I needed money gram not a money order. She gets the manager. The manager tells me to go to my bank to cash them bc you cant get you money back if you step away from the counter. I had already said something to the cashier before I stepped back. She told me to just go to the bank and you will get your cash then. I told her I got the cash I gave you from my bank. She said she cant do anything about it or about my surcharge fee. This is absolutely messed up.

I dont know what we would do without Publix. Their bakery products are awesome, especially the breads (Five Grain, Fresh Italian, French, Rolls, Buns, etc.). They have great variety of international foods, such as hummus, deli cheeses, and deli meats.Their produce is always fresh....just excellent. We have NEVER encountered any personnel who was not friendly and helpful.

You know the baker is bad when she asked how to spell grandpa. Cake was wrong, asked for 1 layer we got 2 layers. Asked for certain colors and got black. Got it misspelled still.

I go to public all the time and everyone is nice they treat the customer right but today I went there One lady name “ Terrie” she’s kinda heavy looking work at the seafood area she have a bad attitude with customer... you guys need to fix her attitudeIf she have any problems she should keep it at home not work.

I ordered a birthday cake online and received a confirmation email on Tuesday. I received a call on Friday morning saying that they couldnt make the cake. My childs 1st birthday is Saturday. They could have called earlier in the week. Now I have to find a clakelast minute.

The staff is great and very helpful. There were quite a few things out of stock on the shelves, however one of the associates went to the back and found everything for me.

My regular grocery. Great people.... Especially Miss Bessie in the bakery. The kids love seeing her every week just like shes family. The folks in the deli are great as well. True, its a little pricey, but the selection is good. Its sister store on Vaughn is a little bigger, but I never have a problem finding what I want.

I contract with a demo company providing product sampling so Im in Publix stores in and around the area on a frequent basis. Publix Supermarkets are known for their quality grocery products and exceptional customer service but The Taylor Junction location stands out. I was impressed with the friendliness of the cashiers and front end staff. The management was very accommodating and prepared well for my visit. I also noticed throughout the day that the customers all seemed to actually enjoy their shopping experience. This store is tucked away on the north end of Atlanta Hiway and may be one of Montgomerys grocery shopping secrets thats worth a short drive.

To tell you all the truth, I try my best to give you accurate reviews of mainly restaurants. It is difficult to review a dawg gone grocery store. I will say in my opinion everyone that works in the deli does an incredibly good job. I am one extremely tough cookie to satisfy when it comes to sliced deli meats and cheeses. They always do an excellent job and I highly commend them!!This review is for the Taylor Road location at Atlanta highway.

I use this Publix three or four times a week since we live nearby. I have never had a bad experience there. It is well stocked and the staff is always friendly. The Pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and they fill my prescriptions quickly. Hard to find items are almost always available. They have frequent two for one specials on a variety of goods. Marilyn in my favorite cashier, as shes always got a smile and very often wears a funny hat to honor a holiday. They open at 7:00 am every day, which is another bonus to this great store!

Shopping at Publix was easy with employees always being there to help and everything being found in the app. So, for instance if I need to find a certain item I can search in the app, and it will identify the aisle or location that I can find the product. The workers there are very nice and if they see that you might need help they are happy to assist.

This is my favorite Publix location in the city. It’s nice, convenient, and has everything I need. It’s not too big or too small. The location on Vaughn Road is way too crowded and feels overwhelming. This location is just right.

Be careful going to this one. They have A LOT of expired food they sell and close to expiration date food. I bought a sandwich there Monday night and got ready to eat it Tuesday and noticed a smell. Look at the date it expires on that Wednesday. So I called a manager, and I asked if I could bring it back and exchange. On Wednesday I did some more shopping and now I’m noticing the chips taste different. They expire January 2nd. Sometimes we are rushing and not watching dates. Be sure to look at the dates, especially at this location. I usually shop at the one on Vaughn.

I always enjoy coming into this Publix. I especially will be in here even more now that I just moved up the street. The parking lot is always clean. The workers are always very nice and professional. The ease of shopping is the best because they always have what youre looking for and they have really good sales! On hot days such as this, watermelon BOGO is a really good deal. There are some places that will charge you a lot of money for money orders, but money orders here with only $0.89 a piece. Overall, I really like the atmosphere and look forward to shopping here often.
