Great folks at Jenkins Tire & Automotive! Had a flat tire just off the interstate in downtown Montgomery, AL. They were able to get the tire and patch it in under 30min. This got me on rolling on the road again quickly. Very reasonably priced. I do recommend Jenkins!

We bought a set of tires for our 2019 F450. They spent 3 hours trying to balance them the Friday that they mounted them. We paid $3,200.00 for these tires. They sent us home with a violent shake. Mike said not to worry. They’d get it fixed. To back the following Tuesday where they took all the wheels off again and sent out to TCI to have them balanced in a more sophisticated machine. 3 months later the truck shakes violently. The tires wobble. Mike has failed to respond. Is never in when I call despite the text message he sent promising to get this straitened out and admitting the issue. $3,200.00

Mike Jenkins and his mechanics go above and beyond all the time. They work with you and keep you updated on your car work. Very reasonable and informative about whats going on with your vehicle. They service everything: big trucks, buses, and cars of all types. Best in Montgomery. They are in the heart of downtown Montgomery so they work great for me working downtown. Check them out.

Jenkins Automotive fixed my front left headlight ($40) and then it went dead again 60 days later. I brought my car back and the gentleman at the front counter said I would need to buy a whole new light fixture for several hundred dollars.I took my car to Emma’s automotive, and they fixed it for free...the mechanic said whoever did the repairs before just didn’t put it back together right!Mike Jenkins is a great guy, and I felt he was honest, but the other people there are not honest. One suggested lying to a parts dealer to “save me money”. But if they are willing to lie to get cheap parts, what else are they willing to lie about? After the headlight incident, I will not be returning.

Great experience! I was traveling when I got a flat. I called around and they seemed the nicest and most reasonably priced. I aired up my tire and limped over, they took care of us and smiled the whole time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In March, my husband and I take my truck in, to have the brakes replaced, my husband told them we wanted metallic brakes. We pick up our truck and they tell us that they have put Ceramics brakes on. My husband didnt agree but we left them on there. We were told they were supierior brakes. We were also told we needed to have the front axle resealed. Oh and not to mention that if we didnt have the A.C. compressor replaced it would blow up in our new radiator (which they also replaced) then they came back and said oh no it wont blow up when questioned about it. We get our truck back, and later that afternoon we smell brakes burning. We call Jenkins and tell them that we smell brakes burning they say oh its nothing to worry about. Two weeks after we have the axles resealed, we noticed them leaking, we took it to them and they supposedly fixed it. We continue to smell brakes burning for a month. About a week ago, our brakes started smoking. We also noticed that our axle seals are leaking. AGAIN. Due to a lot of research we have learned that ceramic brakes are horrible for heavy duty trucks, which we have a Ford F250 Super Duty. The original brakes put on this truck were semi metallic brake pads. Weve since called several mechanics shops and even the Ford dealership and they all suggest NOT to put ceramics brakes on this type of vehicle. Ceramic brakes can easily overheat and severely damage the rotors and calipers on heavy duty trucks. In our case, due to the amount of heat that was put out, our brakes, rotors, calipers and 4wd are all damaged. We had jenkins tow our truck in to look at it all. Now they have replaced the rotors and put the metallic brakes on, but they say its just a coincidence that the calipers have locked up and 4wd doesnt work and it has nothing to do with the overheating of the ceramic brakes and its not covered under their warranty. But if we want to pay $600 theyll replace the calipers. I do not trust anyone at Jenkins. All they want is money and do not care if they put the wrong parts on your vehicle especially if it means more money for them when you take it back to get it fixed. Also, ceramic brakes are way more expensive than semi metallic, we werent even offered a refund for the difference.
