It took too long for a service agent to acknowledge that I was there no never said someone would be with you shortly. I got a oil change and tires rotated but they didnt put any air in my tires to make sure that they were all the same pressure.

Sean Dallas and Albert Coney did a fantastic job fixing the brakes on my car. They were both extremely professional and hospitable. They completed the task in a timely manner of what was expected. Also, Sean came to me explaining that I had no oil in my car and was concerned about when the last time was I got my oil changed. Just a note, I keep up with my oil changes but take it to another place closer to where I live -- when he saw this he wanted to look more into it and make sure there was not something wrong with my car. I am so glad he saw this because having no oil could have caused a major problem. I appreciated his concern and for being quick to solve the problem. I plan to be going back to them from now on for all services on my car -- specifically because of Sean and Albert. They both deserve a raise!

I had an appointment at 7 am didnt get in until around 8:15 didnt finish until 9:30. All I wanted was a basic oil change. Took 2 and 1/2 hours i was there. I worked all night and went there when I got off work.

I took my ‘13 Tucson in for the 105,000 mile check up Thursday and made a copy of the maintenance from the owner’s manual that was to be done and taped it to the steering wheel and showed it to Shaderian (?). The ONLY service that was done was an oil change and a Multi Point inspection, but I don’t know if that included what should have been done for this mileage check up which had listed 16 things that should have been checked off. Two things in particular - the spark plugs to be replaced and the cabin filter to be replaced were not done, and I don’t know if the other things listed in owner’s manual were included in the Multi Point, or not since the MP services were not listed. Anyway, I had a free oil change thanks to you, so I did not pay a penny. Hyundai could have made a bundle if all had been done that was needed according to the owner’s manual. As it was, I took it to Christian Brothers today and they did all that was supposed to done at this checkup and paid them $878.00.

I had an appointment on 8/24. I arrived for the appt and was told a 3-4 hour wait for an oil change. I couldn’t wait. I asked about 8/25 and was told to be there at 7:00am. I arrived at 6:42 and parked behind another gentleman already there in the left hand lane. Both lanes had cars parked at the door, no drivers. Others lined up behind the cars in the right hand lane. At about 7:08 the door on the right opened, and they moved the cars parked at the door and the line quickly moved in leaving the first man in line and myself…about 8 people back in line. I walked in and advised the female service writer what had happened. I was told “that most people know to use the right lane.” Okay…I bought my car there, but had never been there for service before. The small sign that says use right lane for service, right next to the door, was hidden by the other parked vehicles or The first customer and I would have done that. The number three arriving customer was the first one written up. The number one customer needed an oil change and had other questions but was quickly told all they were doing was oil changes because of a corporate decision. We were told by one that there were 300 cars there needing engines, another said 190. In any case the number 3 customer left an hour and 20 minutes before the number one customer And An hour and 40 minutes before me. The entire operation is shoddy, unprofessional, and the loud sucking sound you hear on the Eastern Bypass is the service dept at Capitol Hyundai. I have Facebook friends who work at the manufacturing plant who commented on my post that they drive to Auburn Hyundai and avoid Capitol at all costs. I wish I had known because I would have too. It was a hard lesson learned but one that will be used for my future maintenance needs. Y’all need some serious customer service skill classes and to be honest with customers. If all you are doing is changing oil…make sure you are the BEST at oil changes. If a two bay Jiffy Lube can turn out 15 minute oil changes, why is it so difficult for you at Capitol? Why not put two people on a car and turn out 4 an hour rather one person doing one per hour. I won’t be back to Capitol. I just moved back to Montgomery after being gone for 35 years. I had hopes of greater Hyundai service than what I had experienced in Atlanta…but I was truly wrong.

2013 Sonata Hybrid (102,000 miles)If I could have rated it lower, I would have. Theyve had my car 1 month & 4 days. If I could find another place to tow it to, Id have done it. Im out of options because its a hybrid. STAY FAR AWAY from this place. Absolutely no communication with clients, theyve not called me back the ENTIRE time theyve had my car. Ive even called the store manager to no avail. Im at my wits end. Ill keep posting, hopefully with positive news.*2/12/21 Update3 full months (going into month 4, yes I said 4), we have an answer to whos going to pay for it. We were not at fault as to why the engine seized up & Hyundai is going to pay for a new engine AND finally pay for a rental, something weve had to pay for all this time.*3/16/21 Update of the ongoing saga, well it seems there is no hybrid engine that will work in our car as of Feb., It will have to be ordered... there might be a delay, meaning it might be in late May... Oh Joy.

My car has been there for 3 weeks now. Every time I go to Capitol Hyundai Montgomery I have a problem with my vehicle. One time they stole our money out of our dashboard. When you put brakes on the car they are not in the dashboard. I took my Veracruz there before. They kept my car almost a week. Then when I came to pick it up, they ask oh you wanted brakes on your vehicle. The car was supposed to be fix the next day. No this is before the covid, this is before the recalls. I hate to name or point to a specific person at Hyundai. I have been more than patient with him. I did not ask him to oversee my vehicle. Because my daughter had to tell him a few things before. Sometime people are petty. Putting your vehicle on the back log. I need a simple diagnostic test. Just to check and see what draining the battery. They havent even check.

My daughter and I arrived at the Hyundai dealership looking for my daughter a car during the covud 19 pandemic. We went in side staying 6 ft from the sharks. I found one,Robbie on his computer,very nice. I told him what we were looking for and asked if they had anything. He showed me what he had,but wasnt what we were looking for. So he took my number said he d look around and call me if he found something. Next day called me. He had found a car at another dealership in town brought to his dealership and we went and drove it and fell in love with it. So we negotiated and bought the car. This guy was so nice,knowledgeable,and caring. If your looking for a Hyundai this is the BEST place in Enterprise. All the guys are Super Nice and Helpful....Will go out of their way to please you .. Treat you like FAMILY! BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE!!!!

Service department is rough. They have had my car for a while and almost impossible to get someone on the phone to discuss the issue. Last time I heard from them was more than 2 weeks ago. They just dont care about customers, even when I bought the car from them. Whoever is in charge of the service department need to be replaced with someone who cares about customer service.Follow-up: got my car back about a week after I posted the review. Took nearly 2 months to replace the long block under warranty (Hyundai engine things).When I finally got a hold of someone they mentioned that my car had been ready for several days. Well jeez. Really wish someone had called me. I cant believe these guys are allowed to keep their jobs. If corporate knew how this dealer was affecting the brand, Im sure they would act. I consequently sold my Hyundai and I am done with the brand and especially this dealership.

I went to have a signal light replaced. My service advisers name was Don. He was busy doing something but stuck his head out of the door and told me that hed be right me. I really appreciated that. I didnt feel ignored. He came and introduced himself and was very friendly and attentive to getting my problem solved. He was very professional in how he handled the situation at hand.In a very timely manner, my vehicle was brought out and ready to go.

I have utilized the service center on two occasions, they are horrible when it comes to reliability and communication. I dropped my vehicle off for the overnight drop off and no one contacted me the next day to provide me a status concerning my vehicle. I have always had to contact them to know when service was completed. They promised to pick me up to retrieve my vehicle, over an hour and no one showed up nor did anyone call. I will never purchase another Hyundai due to my poor experience with the service center. It’s a shame how people do not value customer service anymore.

Made me waste half a day just to add incorrect charges on my bill and did not service the vehicle to point. I had to check what was done to find out they messed up the repair that was done. Extremely disappointed with the service and customer care.

Waited in hot parking lot for over 30 minutes. No one ever came out to the car we were there to look at. When leaving, I saw a man come out of the show room so I rolled my window down to ask if anyone worked here. He said yes sir, but I told we had already waited too long for help and was too hot to buy a car, wont be going back.
