Dropped wheels off Monday morning told them I want my wheels drilled and center bore whole opened up well the did what I asked except the bore whole thing which I understand everyone makes a mistake with communicating but the lady upfront had a nasty attitude when I informed her on what didn’t get basically telling me I’m lying called her husband which is a nice guy and Cree members where to but the lady upfront really need to first get all the proper info I called and she said forgiato wheels I said no Amani forge and she said yea those well mam if you would do the proper intake when the customer which is me come drop the wheels off btw I waisted 12 hrs in 3 days dealing with this lady but again wheels where done right can’t complain on work just the customer service could be way better

Horrible customer service my fiancé dropped my rims off last week they told him the middle of the week, he called in the beginning of that week and she got smart and said it won’t be available until the middle of the week, here it is Wednesday and i called myself and she caught a attitude and said she told my fiancé the end of the week which she didn’t because he had her on speaker, so now she is saying the end of the week and beginning of next week. They don’t communicate and i was actually referred to them. I contacted the person who referred me to them and they are highly upset and said they won’t be sending no more of their customers to them. I just won’t the problem fixed and i know it shouldn’t take 2 weeks when her mechanic pulled my fiancé to the side and said it will be ready they next business day. Hopefully when i pick my rims up I’ll be satisfied but as of now I’m very dissatisfied.

They did a excellent job on fixing my wheel. I would recommend anyone with a problem with their tires or rims. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Couldn’t get helped because they don’t answer their phones. I’ve called 20 times this morning.

This place clearly does not want to retain any of the previous owners customers. I ask if they changed oil...yes... I have a slow leak in one of the tires I purchased from here...From that point on the customer service person talked only about how only the location was the same. He continued to tell about the lack of affiliation to the previous owners. Then he looked at me and said I dont know what you want. I left... went to PEP Boys and had the work done. He never tried to offer service just a history lesson.

My repair went quite well friendly staff and front end alinement was done in a timely manner.

Im always here because their rates are much more reasonable than a lot of other places in the area. Ive had nothing but good experiences with them. I definitely recommend them to anyone else going forward.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM AND THEY WILL GUESS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS TO HAVE YOU SPENDING UNNECESSARYMONEY. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. SHADE TREE MECHANICS.

They helped me greatly after Walmart on the Eastern Blvd n Montgomery AL just tore my car up instead of fixing two front tires on my car. They even replaced the luggs for free that Walmart broke it was 7 of them. The customer service was excellent and the service time was manageable. I am happy that the owner/ manager was n Walmart after they messed my car up and a customer recommend me to him because I would of went to jail behind them folks tearing my car luggs n studs up. The price was reasonable also. Thank you guys so much. N u got my service again n Im going to recommend everyone I know to come there. Thanks again.
