Went in on a Saturday for an oil change and they were pretty busy. Told me it would be about 2 hours. Had my wife pick me up and when I got the text that they’d pulled me in I went ahead and went back and they were pulling it out right on time. They were extremely professional and dead on with the time frame even though they were busy. And it was cheaper that these 15 minute lube fast places by about $10. Very impressed

I had a 1 hour and 30 min wait, arrived around 815 with no appt. Coffee water and restrooms available for wait, had comfy chairs, magazines, and device chargers available. Pleasant staff and most importantly, slow leak(from nail in tire) fixed for 30 bucks. Worth it.

While on our way to North Carolina, we had a flat tire. We just needed a patch. After finding being told by another tire they couldnt or wouldnt help us until the next day. We called Mark at Quick Lane and he didnt even hesitate. He had us back on our way in 10-15 minutes. I strongly recommend them....very helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond.....thank you Mark!!!

I have being going to Quick Lane for some time now. They have always been friendly, trustworthy and efficient. Upon a recent visit, I was a surprised that my new car that was just purchased two months was already in their system. Because the Quicklane is associated with Stivers Ford, where I purchased the vehicle, it had the maintenance records already. That’s service.

Took my truck here for an oil change and fuel filter change. They did not prime the fuel filter after replacing it. The truck would not start. Once they figured out the issue the truck started very slow and has continued to do so now a week later I am replacing the fuel pump (at a different business). Also after the truck was not starting they tried to blame me for having the truck deleted saying that was the problem before they found the fuel filter wasn’t primed. I will not use them again and would advise everyone to stay away there are many good places to go no need in going here.

Got me in and out without an appointment. Very reasonably priced. Didnt try to up sale anything.

They were great. The guy at the desk explained to me whats going on. He did make a few jokes! But, they provided excellent customer service. They would rather help you then just take your money and not fix the problem. Thats quality service. Its that honesty and willingness to help that will bring me back.

They seem to have a workers turn over here always different people on the front counter Ive going here for two years now

I recently made a trip to Montgomery from Athens area GA. I had just purchased 2 brand new tires the day before the trip from a local place. On my way to Montgomery, both tires went flat. I managed to fill them and make it there where the guys at this location took great care of me. I highly recommend this location for service. They are knowledgeable and honest. And they worked out a great price for me as well.

I will always go to quick lane tire and auto for my car!I am super picky about my car and Kaylees car just because I dont want to pay too much or be taken advantage of. I dont know everything but I know enough to know an outrageous price when I hear one.T.J and his staff are seriously the best people Ive met. This place is the best! First off, they have loaner cars so you do not have to sit and wait for your vehicle to get serviced. Mark, the service manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with the proper maintenance that is needed to be performed when I bring in my SUV. I can tell he is very experienced at what he does and shows pride in his work. He wants you leaving happy so you keep coming back.

I always use quick lane in Vaughn road. Mark is a knowledgeable car man. Goes above & beyond to make sure the service is done properly.

Great Customer Service

We were on our way to Panama City from Montgomery when 10 minutes after leaving a hunk of metal on the road pierced our tire and we had to change to our donut. We called and they were able to patch our tire with a patch plug, and filled our tires as well to their correct pressure. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, and the staff could not have been nicer. We will absolutely be coming back here for any car maintenance needs.

I went to Stivers (Quick Lane) for a second opinion after my dealership told me I needed new tires as a result of cupping. Additionally, my vehicle was riding a bit rough and making a bit more noise that I am used to for a Toyota Avalon. From the get go, they were professional and easy to work with. They ensured I was reminded of my appointment and were prompt at opening at 0700. I received a call about two hours later explaining that although my tires had a bit of cupping, they did not need to be replaced. Additionally, they stated that one of my rims was bent. When I came to pick up the car, the representative ( I think Mark) and tire technician (Bubba) took the time to point out the minor cupping on my tires and the bent rim. Stivers (Quick Lane) could have gotten 4 new tires out of me, but they were honest that my tires still had more life in them. I appreciate their integrity and their professionalism. I highly recommend them and I will go back to them for any service they can provide to my vehicle.

Quick and excellent service. Mark explained the options for possible rear brake replacement after another auto shop quoted $465. After examining my vehicle, they found that the quoted estimates were unnecessary and the final total for needed replacement parts was $100. You can’t put a price on honest service! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Mark was very friendly and helpful finding out what I needed and quickly had my vehicle back in the bay for service. Devin showed me via video of what he inspected on my vehicle and did a great job servicing my vehicle. I was really impressed and I will return.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, but the store was not able to perform the work at the scheduled time.

The service technician came to me on two visits with some horrible problem he uncovered while changing my oil. I was in luck because they had the parts on-hand to fix these dangerous situations. Both times I took my car to a trusted facility instead of agreeing to fix the problem while at QuickLane. Both times the terrible problem found at QuickLane could NOT be found by another Ford dealer (not in Montgomery) or at a tire dealer. I wonder what conclusions can be drawn from these experiences?

They were my heroes. I was driving around trying to get my oil changed, and I either heard we cant tell you when well be free or itll be a few hours before I got to them. My service advisor, Mark Magoo, was really nice and helpful. They were able to get me in and out within 15-30 minutes.

The crew was and has always been great. I have a BMW X-3 and they have been able to handle ALL of my needs. This place is a little hard to get in from Vaughn only. But trust me you will be happy that you made the effort. Fair GOOD people.

These guys are awesome little difficult to get in and out of the parking lot but well worth it! They also do a video of your car for you too which is awesome because I send my wife to do our oil changes sometimes and This is a great way to keep me in the loop on what they are telling her!

Bought new tires and had to have a new AC compressor which led to having a loaner car for almost a week. When I went to pick up my car, Jeffrey explained all that had to be done. He was kind and made me feel like I could trust him! Also, Will and Joel are so nice and helped me understand the issues with my car! Excellent service!

I went in Monday 12/17/18 and talked to Shelby Parker about getting front brakes replaced. They took my Truck in, inspected brake pads. They stated that they could replace them, but the pads had another 6 to 7 thousand miles left on them. Thanks for honest workers. Great shop!! Needed to get an oil change and tire rotations and they had my car in and out of the shop in less than 20 minutes. The technicians working on my car actually did a full and detailed inspection of my vehicle and brought me into the shop to show me what needed extra attention. I have to say they have great prices, honest technicians, and free loaner vehicles if you cant wait for the service to be done. I definitely recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Quick Lane on Vaughn Rd. in Montgomery, AL. I was able to make an appointment on a day and time of my choosing. Technicians took care not to damage my plastic wheel covers during tire rotation and checked whether my Ford dealer (Stivers) had done a complete warranty repair of my leaking CV boots on my 2018 Ford Escape. My service advisor (Joel Henderson) was courteous and gave me feedback on the state of my tires after rotation. Great service. I plan to take my wifes 2005 Honda CRV to QL for its next oil change.

Went to QL on Thursday morning 8:30am. 10:30 was called by Service Advisor and told that the Tech didn’t hear or observe any issues with scrubbing brakes or popping noises that I reported. However, the power steering pump needed to be replaced. Never had a problem or any indication of this problem. I agreed for it to be replaced. The next called I got was around 3:30pm. Totally different person calling stating I needed at $500 + radiator repair and my transmission was leaking. No fluid in driveway at home. I instructed QL to finish what I agreed to initially and would have that looked at elsewhere. Call back around 5:20pm under the impression i would be getting my truck back. But no the tech had left for the day. We later found out that they didn’t have a tool to even do the job. Well today I was called at 3:25pm and told my truck was ready. The very same issues I went in for are still there. Scrubbing and popping. Was told yesterday I would receive a discount; didn’t happen. Very disappointed. Have no intentions of doing business there ever!!!!

Unfortunately they weren’t able to help us but the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to help find us a place that could help us .
