Delicious Ice Cream place! They have a variety of cold snacks for everyones taste. The customer service is great and fast. The quality of their ice cream is amazing. You can find banana splits here which are so good. Totally recommend this if you want a cold treat.

The ice-cream isnt the best but its good enough to stop at. The vibe was really fun there and the staff were friendly.

Bad ice cream - the reezis flavor not good at all, and the pistachios flavor wasnt eatable. We took 2 bites and threw it away. In addition, the sales woman was totally unpleasant and angry.

The Watermelon Swirl Sorbet is one of the worst flavors I’ve ever tasted in my 29 years of living. If you want to know what a super sweet, medicine tasting flavor is like then get it. Baskin Robbins needs to throw this flavors recipe in the Bermuda Triangle and maybe even hire Dr. Strange to lose this recipe in a different dimension. I went back to ask if I could exchange this atrocity of a flavor for something else....they said I had to pay again for another flavor. I’d rather drink NyQuil and it still would be better than this sh*t..

My kids love this place. Different variety of flavors and has ice cream cakes. Cone cup or waffle cone your choice.

This was a very good Baskin Robbins. We went here from the beach which was a little bit of a walk but nothing outrageous. We went specifically for the Stranger Things promotion and the service was friendly, and the ice cream was great.

Received 3 sundaes and all about half full. Don’t order from this location. We’re not sure what’s going on but this location is robbing its customers.

I love coming to this place because its so convenient and near the places I love to visit. Unfortunately the young woman who works there isnt very nice at all and has very little customers service courtesy and just being a bit rude 😕

Due to the recent pandemic I am hesitant about“Food To Go”establishments. Being a local and doing the right thing and staying in my local County, I figure I would support our local ice cream store.While waiting my turn to enter the shop I witnessed the team consistently cleaning the counter between customers and washing their hands that had rubber gloves on them.Once I was served, I took a leisurely drive along the coast with my waffle cone and made it back to my home above Asilomar beach and watched the sunset. I ❤️where I live. ...I believe they make their cones in house by hand... I can’t wait to go back this weekend with my kids.

Tuesday, June 30th 2020 afternoonI would have give negative 5 stars if possibleTook granddaughter to this location for a treat. Very disappointing. As we stepped in the clerk was at cash register finishing up an order As my granddaughter was deciding what to order the clerk had a wad of bills in her gloved hands sorting and counting the cash. I was watching her because I wanted to be sure she was going to change gloves. She did not. She adjusted her face mask and grabbed an ice cream cone to scoop my granddaughter’s ice cream. I asked her to please change her gloves. She instead started washing the gloves. I asked if she didn’t have enough gloves and she said that she couldn’t be changing her gloves every little while. I tried to understand and thought that maybe the company wasn’t proving enough supplies - and at least she washed the gloves hands. But then right before reaching for the cone, she grabbed her face mask again! I said “never mind, we will go somewhere else.” I didn’t want my granddaughter to eat a cone with germs from her face mask. The clerk rolled her eyes at us and her and partner looked at us as if we were in the wrong. Terrible service especially with the clerks (both) attitudes. Doesn’t look like this location has provided safety food handling training. I also contacted Health Dept. The customer right before us was an elderly lady - who knows how contaminated her cone was. I hope the owner fixes thisBeware, Be Careful

Husband ordered a medium cookie dough shake and drank the entire thing in 10 minutes. If that doesnt say how amazing that shake was, I dont know what will. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

I love the banana split and Raven the young lady who help us was very kind, helpful and friendly. I will coming back for 👍 sure.

The guy working deserves a raise. It’s two minutes to closing and a drug addict couple is in there yelling at him and bossing him around and he’s being so calm and nice, that’s real integrity. It’s Tuesday March 3 please give the young man working tonight a raise, true integrity!

I got the banana split (whats not to love about that) but my wife got their vegan ice cream of the month (Coffee Caramel Chunk). HOLY COW...how is there no dairy in this!? It tasted GREAT!!! My wife begs you to keep this going! LOVED IT!!!! I think about that Seinfeld episode where everyone loved the non-fat yogurt but it was too good to be true and wasnt non-fat. Hopefully thats not the case with your vegan ice creams - lol!!!! =)

Nice girl but screwed up our shake orders. Made one a smoothie and Ran out of the ice cream for the other shake we wanted and just threw some chocolate syrup in there and it wasn’t a chocolate shake. Clueless.

Grateful they were open for a later night sweet treat.

Its pricey. Good in a pinch. Go to Rite-Aid for award winning, best-buy icecream.

Typical B & R eatery. Fare was good and servers were quick and polite. Parking is a bit cramped.

Location is a pain if you are leaving the city.

My first time here was upsetting. I walk in and wait and i see employees cleaning and staying busy. i was being ignored. And as soon as other customers walk in the employees help them first. This was my first time here and my last. To top it off i walked out with nothing Just upset.
