I bought a dining room table fall 2019. Within about 8 months the finish started coming off in places and has gotten significantly worse. After months of trying to get customer service to do something - ANYTHING - they told me I should have the table refinished.. I asked what their warranty is on the furniture and was told 1 month. For over $4000 for the table and bench, a 1 month return (warranty) policy????? I have purchased tables, a sofa and beds from PB/West Elm/Williams Sonoma group and even worked there years ago. I could not be more disappointed and will not be shopping with them again.

I purchased a couch for approximately $3000 and paid for professional delivery. The couch arrived with one foot broken. The delivery person took a photo and reported it, he said someone from the company would be in touch with me same day. I sent an email myself reporting the problem just to make sure. No response. I called the store a few days later and they reported the problem. I got an email acknowledging their report and asking for photos. They said expect to wait 2 weeks to hear back. I sent more photos and waited 2 weeks. Again no response. After contacting the corporate office I finally got a response but it took over 2 months for the repair. The bottom of the couch still doesn’t look right. Horrible customer service.

I purchase a duvet cover, now the prices has dropped for black Friday. The rude managerwill not price adjust, so I repurchase the duvet cover. However, the shams were displayed on a bed, again she would not give additional discount. You lost a valuable customer!

October 5, 2018The Pottery Barn is a kind of overpriced knick knack shop for people with a lot of disposable income.Pottery Barn offers bedding, things for our bathrooms, and kitchens too. No better quality than can be found at Macys or Kohls.Got to admit Pottery Barn displays are quite good. And, their seasonal items are eye catching.

Want to give, Julie, a Shout Out for her competent, tireless Customer Service. She was awesome!!! So helpful and pleasant. I wrote a note for her mgr., but the next time I was there, I found out that Julie never got her pat on the back. I understand long days, being tired, forgetting, butafter my note was handed to the right person, Julie never heard about it? You have a most wonderful lady there, please treat her well. Always friendly staff and great products for home

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales people are rude and tacky. One woman put her face on my throw to smell it as she did not believe me that it hadnt been laundered. She had a cold!!

Customer service is horrible. The manager is very rude. Apparently they do not believe the customer should be important !!!

Lots of excellent quality items beautifully displayed. Very helpful staff.

Gorgeous furniture and the staff is friendly and helpful, the sales items are a bargain, most items are full price but they are worth it.
