Rico and his team of mechanics are the best. I needed quite a bit of work done on my vehicle. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems. New United folks are thorough and efficient. Solid guys with strong work ethics. A great neighborhood auto repair shop.

Ive had so many good experiences with this business that it would take a long time to list them here. Ive recommended them repeatedly to many close friends all of whom came away happy. If I had to buy a car for a couple thousand dollars sight unseen I would only do so from Rico the owner... who is a local and the kind of guy thats in his own business every single day.

Rico is my go-to guy for everything with my car and motorcycle. He is honest, will even go the extra mile when you need a ride back to work if at all possible, and his prices are very reasonable. Everybody needs a car guy (or motorcycle guy) like him.

Rico is a trustworthy mechanic. They stay within their quotes and dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. Ive been to several garages around Monterey, but New United is the only one Ill go back to. Ive got a 2004 honda civic and theyll help me keep it running well.
