Found what we needed, and had quick service too.

I went in for a replacement battery for my hybrid. The guy helping me said they are 3 sizes for that model. My car was broken down at another location so I didnt know which size I needed. My phone signal was so poor I couldnt google it, while trying to get something to come up the employee (Carlos? Young guy) spent the time on his phone on Facebook and texting friends. I asked him if there was wifi so I could connect and find out what I need, he said just buy all 3 and went back to his phone. Finally, another customer let me use their phone to look it up. Ive worked in customer service most if my life and this was absolutely awful service. It literally took me 10 seconds to find my answers, instead I wasted 5 minutes while the employee messed around on his phone. Im only giving 2 stars instead of one because when I brought the old battery back the amazing lady who helped me was fantastic!

My local auto parts store, helpful, always seem to have what I need & seems to have good sales.

Carrot top, the boy with the long hair sells you the wrong parts. Get someone else to double check before you leave.

Ordered something that wasnt in stock for store pick up and it said they would ship it, but when I came into the store it hadnt been shipped because, despite the site giving the option to pay now or pay in store, if you choose pay in store they wont ship it. Staff was friendly.

My rear view mirror fell off my car, and Amazon was going to take 4 days to ship me an adhesive kit...im so glad I found NAPA Auto Parts! Not only did they have the exact same kit I needed, but it was the same price as Amazon, AND the staff was so friendly! I love to support local businesses when I can, and the place is going to be my go-to for all things auto from now on.
