Having a storage space is very important under current difficult time. Since I don’t have any family support, the manager of Public Storage, Marizol is just like my family. She is very professional, but at the same time, she is also so kind and compassionate. I truly appreciate her excellent support and all of my needs about having storage space were fulfilled. Linda was great! Super kind, helpful and collaborative.The space is clean with great security!The only issue we faced was the painting event! We did not receive any notifications regarding the lack of accessibility of units due to the painting! So we went there and couldnt get what we wanted!

Linda, despite being busy and my 5:09pm arrival (scheduled closing at 5pm), opened the office to allow me to pay my rent in person. She was unaware, but I was moving out of state this same night and wanted to pay my bill in person for my personal knowledge. Both of their kindness was sincerely and greatly appreciated!

Chris took great care of me in ensuring I knew everything from how to access the property to the use of the elevator. The sign-up process was effortless, I do recommend this place for storing all your treasured items, if you need some space and cant let go those of those sentimental items, well you wont have to go check out the Public Storage in Portrero Grande. 👍🏽

Recently made a reservation over the phone with the wrong check in date when speaking to Marisol I realized the mistake she was able to change the date for me with no problem. When checking in later on that date she was very informative and gave a tour of the place showing me how to enter and exit the facility even tho it was almost closing time she made sure all my questions were answered and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Great friendly staff if you need a storage place near the area definitely recommend it they keep it clean.

Great customer service is an understatement! If I could give more starts I would. A big thank you to the staff and management to this location. Crew was very professional and attentive to all my needs. Ive rented with this Public Storage for the past (3)years living in Los Angeles. Ive first rented a 5x5 unit then upgraded soon after to a 10x10. I chose this location based on reviews and my first visit when shopping around a for a storage unit. The staff working have exceeded my expectations. The service is top-notch and they treated me like family. For example, during one of the hottest days of the year, the on-site manager went above and beyond and offered water to everyone who was there moving.I highly recommend this location for anyone considering a storage unit in or around the Monterey Park area.

Marizol at the Public Storage facility on Potrero Grande Dr. deserves six stars on a scale of 1-5. She does an outstanding job making sure I am aware of what Public Storage has to offer. Marisol has great customer service skills and seems very efficient.
