If I can give a 6 star reveiw I would. The employee that works there was very nice and professional her name was Briana. She had a lot of patience as I didnt know what I wanted and ended up choosing a banana split. She would go throught the all flavors patiently to help me decide. Very nice hope to come back soon.

If I could give them a zero I would! I ordered a birthday cake for my little sister a day in advance. Then on the day and time I was scheduled to pick it up I’m told by Gaby(if that’s her real name) that they sold my cake to someone else. I tried speaking to a manager and was told there was no manager on site. This is for a 6 year old girls birthday and she chose the cake herself. I had to return to her birthday party empty handed. All because these employees were either careless or irresponsible. As a manger myself, I would take full responsibility if something like this ever happened and would try my best to satisfy my customer. All I was told is “sorry” and to pick another cake from the refrigerator. Which were all plain as could be. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to come here. Full of attitude and no customer service at all.

The employees were unwelcoming and rude. Will not be returning for three months or more. That should give them time to improve their service.

If I can put no starts I will I place a order since Monday to be pick up on Saturday when I got there they didn’t have my cake it was a special cake for my goddaughter birthday that includes a picture of her and her grandpa that just past away! The manager call me to confirm my order and confirmed me that the cake was going to be ready for pick up on Saturday!! The manager didn’t even have the nerve to come out from the back to talk to me he keep sending his employer and the employer keep telling me that he was not there and was not picking up his call this is really unprofessional of them will never go back again!!

The staff tried to be helpful and are kind but I had problems with my order, first my order was not ready when I got there and I was already 25 min late for pick up and they needed another 20. the website doesnt work so placing an order online is pointless, the pricing is unreliable, what I was expecting to be about 50 ended up being 70. Without an email receipt I was completely caught of guard with the price hike. None of this is the staffs fault they tried to help. Hope the website problems can be solved. never have had this problem before.

It was a hot day, and I had been craving some ice cream. I went here and they didn’t have any chocolate dipped waffle cones, which is what i wanted. Angel was super nice and offered to make me one. I waited while he helped a family. He also gave me a coupon for waiting. Definitely a good experience.

A lovely that will stop in with my friend for ice cream. They have some interesting flavours who wants to try something different. Wwhat I love the most here was their Jamoca Almond Fudge, so I recommend you to try it. The place has nice atmosphere but its kind of crowded, so make sure to get early. Enjoy!

Good ice cream, I understand they make shakes and all. But this is by far the loudest Baskin Robbins Ive been to, you have to raise your voice a bit to carry a convo. Other than that this place is great
