They were pretty friendly and asked if I needed help. I was able to look around comfortably and found pretty good deals on stuff. We are visiting from Texas where the local shops in my city sells way higher than this shop. They have a ton of variety here, glad I got to visit this shop again, I went here two summers ago. Its also pretty organsized and not messy.-Crystal-

Best Japanese beauty store in town!!!

I’m torn because I want to give them high marks, but they did follow us around. Their store is very clean, but most of their testers are dried up, especially for the cream products (cream shadow, blush, cushion foundations). Their prices are also very high since they’re imported from Asia

I’ve never had a problem like this while shopping, but felt the workers following me, as I go to the reviews I see I’m not the first. Why have a business in which you’re going to bother customers. I understand simple check ups here and there. But this was stalking down every damn aisle. Next time lick my damn neck.

The store actually doesnt look that bad and the staff are quite nice. But then I discovered that one of the skincare that I bought actually expired already around a month ago (and sadly I could not return this because I opened the package before realizing). Id probably not recommend the store just cause of this.

Their on your back specially if your not Asian they see you and they are just behind you like if your gonna steal something.

Interesting selection of products but terrible customer service. I came here with my friend and she was followed by several employees in particular wherever she went. Its as if they all had a built-in assumption that everyone was going to steal and that she was targeted especially since she was African American. My friend immediately felt embarrassed and left the store upset.Instead of asking if you needed help or greeting you, they also just stand there and give you extremely pointed stares. Would never come back here again.
