The staff worked hard to be certain I had my refund. Everything seemed clean and well-organized. 2 cash registers so there was no line to wait in. Will come again.

These guys close early whenever they feel like it. Dont be surprised if you get there and theyre already closed. Very bad business practice. Also the employees dont always wear masks.

I bought something and need it to return it. I used and didnt like it. Lost the receceit and my money was returned to me.

Rude customer service. This employee, shes a white girl, she was so rude and was super entitled, Im a paying customer, why act like youre doing your customers a favor when its your job to help them out. You cant miss her, her face literally looks like she hates her job. Im not shopping at this location. And as a fellow customer service representative, just because were working during this pandemic doesnt mean were essential, so be a little more humble.

Was overcharged $2 for hair dye not good one of the cashiers as always was not wearing facial mask properly under her chin

Came here last weekend. Have been coming here for a while. Well came in because I needed to do my roots. I didnt want to dye my whole hair. I needed advice since I have never do e just the roots. Soni asked one of the girl, mind me that I had to go to the counter because all 3 girls were there. I finally asked one of them if I could get some help. She asked what I needed. I explained what I wanted and she started to walk toward the dyes and said to use one of the products. I e plained again that all I wanted was just to do my roots that I didnt want to dye all my hair. She was waved her hands all over and said I had to dye my whole hair or jus to figure it out and walked away.I wanted to cuss her out but I had more respect that she did.Maybe she needs more training or just a new job.Worse Customer Service Experience!!!!!!!

There are plenty of beauty products to choose from for those who are on a budget. While I choose to purchase makeup elsewhere, this my go to hair product place, falsie place, nail place, tweezer place- you get it. The customer service here made my experience AMAZING! The girl who helped me out was very pleasant and knowledgeable and even sold me on a sallys beauty card. Ill definitely be a returning customer.

Usually I come here but after today probably wont be returning. Couldnt shop in peace because a short blonde lady made me really uncomfortable following me standing close by and every time I picked up a item she would say Ill put it back. I end up not getting anything but my daughter still did.

Unfriendly employees. Sallys!! please provide customer service classes! Most employees dont have knowledge or even attempt to try to find out a answer to my beauty question at this location. I prefer the location in Whittier Boulevard in commerce... other then that.. Sallys does have quiet a selection.

Not in all sally are the same products, I do not know if they select them depending on the type of ethnicity that live around them or perhaps they have already been exhausted when wanting to do my shopping, the important thing is to take advantage of the product that interests you at the moment 🛍
