This was my go to gas station, but today is my last time there. I stopped by to get gas and asked the attendant if there was a restroom so I could use it because I had been on the road and I really needed to go. He said no. When I finished paying and heading to the door, some guy comes out from a door flushing a toilet, sounded like theres a restroom in there to me. I turned around and looked at the freaking lying attendant. Really?? I spent $50 on gas and the attendant wouldnt let me use the restroom, but he would let a guy buying cigarettes use it? Next time, Im taking my business somewhere else.

Have been coming to see Steve since 2005. No matter how far away in the LA area, I come here for the honesty and fair pricing.

I pre paid inside 40 dollars for pump 8. The pump stopped at 1.52 and the old man didnt start the pump and refused to give the remaining money back or put the pump on. This place is a scam.

This is the worst gas station I’ve been. I tried machine 5/7/8 and they don’t work at all! I go to the store and told the staff about it and that old man keep saying that’ you don’t know how to pump’. And then comes another lady saying the machine doesn’t work! You know what, that guy just yelling at us” you guys don’t know how to pump!” I am so annoying spending this 30 minutes with this unqualified man. Shell deserves a better employee.

Shell are known to be overpriced & their gas is not better as many websites have mentioned.Avoid it at all costs unless your car is super low on gas & couldnt find any other gas stations nearby.

This gas station is a scam!! Ralphs rewards doesnt work on this location! The staff just told me (more like yelled at me) as like I entered wrong zip code for my credit card, he tried to explained how to fill up my gas!?! As like I never buy any gas ever. I wanted to show him how the pump are not working, but he insist that he cannot leave his booth. This particular Shell gas station is the worst I have ever known.

Took my car in cause the hood wouldnt open then i was quoted 25 to get it open which they did but then I needed a new cable. 75 bucks for the part and labor I get home and realized it was simply unloosened from the hinge which they didnt bother to check. Why would they need a new cable? when it was unhinged bunch of thieves

The gas prices are reasonable and the attendants are always friendly.

What can I say...its a gas station. They sell gas and snacks and cold beverages in the mini mart. They have blunt wraps and cigs are expensive there. The gas station is always packed. You might have to wait a bit.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT S GAS STATION.Dont stop by here to get gas. It was night and I swiped my debit card twice at the machine outside. Both times the card was rejected. So I decided to pay in cash. Surprisingly a few days after i found out that my debit card was charged twice for $75 each time so in total $150.I called the gas station many times and the OWNER, who was very unfriendly, told me it was just a hold and that i would have gotten my money back in a few days. I NEVER GOT THAT MONEY BACK. I called him many times and his answer was: i have no control over the credit card transcations. My bank says that if Iswiped my credit card and the money was automatically transferred to the gas stations bank account it means that their pos system is broken or something.Dear owner.. since you kept saying believe it or not i have no control over credit card transcations (ARE YOU SERIOUS???????)..... BELIEVE IT OR NOT I HOPE NO CUSTOMER STOPS BY YOUR GAS STATION ANYMORE.AND LEARN HOW TO BE AN HONEST BUSINESSMAN. i MIGHT HAVE LOST MY MONEY BUT YOU HAVE LOST YOUR DIGNITY

I did it by myself and the machine didnt deducted $0.1/Gallon, when I asked the man in the store, He said he had no idea and told me to ask Shell or Ralphs.Should I trust them anymore?
