They left my hair butchered I told the stylist that I wanted it a certain way and she said it’s because your hair does this and that, I’ve been here before and I got it the way I wanted but this stylist did it lazily. This place is always a hit or miss not worth the haircut price you’re better off going to a barbershop way safer

Waited about 5 minutes to be call. My stylist was very kind & polite with me, ask how I wanted my hair cut. I have been going here for about 5 months & have always asked for the same stylist, she is fantastic. I will highly recommend this one in Monterey Park & ask for Anna.

The Fantastic Sams Cut experience is relatively good. The stylists are amiable and interested in making the customer comfortable and satisfied. When you enter the waiting room, you sign in, sit, and wait. You can watch TV, read one of the magazines offered to you, or talk to your companions. Waits can range anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes at their busiest. The earlier you come, the better.I have not had a bad experience with any of the stylists. They love what they do and it shows. If you request they wash your hair at the beginning or end, they will. It is a truly relaxing experience. Emily has cut my hair multiple times and she does her work well. She is a good conversationalist as well and will make the process go by as quickly and comfortable as can be. Fantastic Sams is a special place in Monterey Park if you need a hair trim or something more complex.

This place does have a couple of rude people that apperantly dont know customer service but I been coming here for almost 3 years For my self and my 3 boys hair cut, I highly recommend EVA as your to go to hairstylist! She is amazing.. My boys love her and are now very comfortable with her including my son who is on the autism spectrum. I wouldnt Trust anyone with my hair or my boys but Eva. 💜

I got my hair cut by a young rude asian girl that worked there. She butchered my hair so bad. I went back to get it fixed and Im so happy that I got a nice lady named Eva to fix it. She did an amazing job! I went from a 0 to a 10. She took her time fixing the mistakes that the other lady made. My hair came out looking amazing. I couldnt ask for anything better. Definitely going back to see her. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if your new and dont know who to pick.

Stood at this location for five minutes. Mind you both employees saw my family and i but they flat out ignored us for 5 minutes. One employee was giving a man a hair cut and the other was sitting in the back spinning in a chair. When I was finally acknowledge she just said to sign in. I inquired about a hair cut and services. Honestly because of that I walked out. If youre working with customers learn not to bluntly ignore them. I wont step into this location due to the poor customer service.I just hope others dont put up with this treatment because this is the reason why places keep ill manner employees. When they clearly have no place working with customers.If i could rate them 0 stars i would.

I had my 4 year old daughters hair cut here on Sunday. They handled my daughters shyness with EXCELLENT CARE!!. She loves her new cut.

Just got my hair cut here for the first and only time but to be honest stay away from this location. Just walk on down to Super Cuts at least they can do a simple cut job.

Love this place and love hairstylist/artist Sandra...she went and worked her magic on my hair, giving me exactly what I have been wanting all along, a low maintenance haircut that uses my hair texture for volume....she knew exactly how to fix previous mistakes they made somewhere else...SHES AWESOME

Ive gone to this location 4 times and Ive only gotten one haircut they are very busy dont take appointments and dont tell you over the phone that the wait sometimes can be almost 2 hours. Ive walked out 3 times because they dont even acknowledge youThe owner/manager Eva. Seems very tired and uninterested in customer serviceThe one haircut I got by Emily was terrific but not really worth the 2 hour wait and lack of communicationVery poor customer service. Surly attitude from the manager

I am here to only really give the stars because of two main employees that have never let me down. Daisy and Joanna, I have actually had my hair done by others... how do you seriously mess up a high and tight? Plus from what I can tell, a lot of people already know that the employees here have bad attitudes or are not good; hence why there is a waiting time for these two and no one else.For those of you looking to get your hair done or get a trim, ask for Daisy or Joanna.

Worst place i ever been . took my toddler for the second time think that it was gonna better than the first time but no this lady literally send my 1 yr old home bald when i clearly told her how i wanted his cut and i cant say it was my sons fault bcuz he didnt even move. The first time she cut his line on the back way to high on one side. And plus the charge 17.99 a cut for a baby and dont even know how to do a basic boy hair cut never ever taking him again.. I literally left the place crying in anger

Im so satisfied with my hair cut! The person who helped make my hair come back to life was Denise.. shes super nice this is the first time she cut my hair n i loved it ..she did exactly what i wanted plus a little more! Definetly coming back thank you again denise!!!

I wish I could even rated one star, I made my little sister call so we could make an appointment thru said its only walkings. We waiting 45 minutes just so they could tell my sister that they arent able top do it manager is so rude... its very unorganized and unprofessional

5/8/2016 8:25p (writing this review minutes later).Salón supposed to be open until 9p... 3 stylists available, one customer being cut.Asked why it was closed, young lady said that its theres policy to take there break then (since the hadnthe done so, all 3) and that thats why they closed early. Im sending this email at 832p after being turned away. The other two stylists just looked athrough me and laughEd mockingly. Completely un-proffesional.

Never even got seen, after waiting for an hour and 20 mins, just decided to get up and leave.
