I regretfully purchased a switch blade knife from this store. The clerk assured me that the knife I wanted to buy was a quality knife that would work without any problems. Shortly after I purchased the knife a pin in the knife fell out rendering the switch blade action useless. I called the store to see if a solution could be reached by either fixing or replacing the knife. The shopkeeper who answered my call was rude and spoke poor English. She insisted that there was no guarantee on the knives sold even though the clerk that sold the knife to me assured me that it was a quality knife. Due to this stores poor customer service and shady sales tactics I would have to recommend that any potential customers steer clear of this store. They certainly will not be receiving any future business from me.
