I was looking for a king size bed frame as I had just purchased a mattress ( at another location) I found the frame and for a good price and they were able to deliver within 2 days as I needed it in time for my mattress delivery. The delivery was professional and done within the window specified. Ricardo was our sales guy and he was very helpful and courteous.

EDIT: After originally giving this company three stars for the reasons stated below, the owner promptly got back to me and offered me an exchange of the items that I complained about. He was quick to fix my problem and extremely communicative. Th exchanged furniture was in better condition and Im happy to give them another star for customer service.Original Post: I ordered a bedroom set including a bed frame, night stand and dresser with attached mirror. I was happy that the delivery took less time than I was originally told but upon putting the furniture together, I realized that the corner of the bed frame had been chipped and many parts of the furniture had been scratched. You could see the brown wood through the black paint. As time went on I came to realize that the paint on all of the items was easily scuffed and scratched and because of this I had to repaint all of the furniture with a new paint to cover up the scratches and prevent any more. Now that I am putting the drawers back into the dresser I am seeing that the drawers are not all even and unless placed back into the dresser in the exact places they originally came in, they do not fit properly, they leave cracks between some drawers and others overlap and do not slide in and out properly. There is no way to tell which drawers go where. On top of this, the drawer handles are all slanted very slightly. I’m quite upset seeing that I paid a decent amount for the bedroom set and it has given me so many problems. Spend a little extra money and get better quality furniture else where.

I have purchased a bedroom set and dinning room table here before. Prices are decent but, recently went to look at furniture, wasnt to pleased. Limited due inventory due to COVID. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully, this pandemic will end soon. Hurting the economy

Usa mexico furniture has a great section from bed set, couches dresser and tables . I purchased a bedroom set and Im extremely happy with it .I have been shopping around for months and thank to Richard for helping get 90 day finance with a great price I was able to take home the bedroom set I really wanted .Great customer service I highly recommend they even have delivery and also assembled it for me as well .
