Horrible experience. I noticed my $700 recliner was leaning on one side a couple days after it was delivered. I called and spoke to a guy who at first was very rude but eventually agreed to come check it out and assured me it would be took care of. I followed up with him a week later and he insinuated it was possibly my fault, so I then reminded him that I call him just a couple days after it was delivered. He said he would come check it out the next week and never came it gave a response. weeks later they were closed due to covid19 but they had plenty time to help me before.Now it has been 3 months and the recliner has practically fallen apart. The bed I bought has legs that are leaning. My son is only 3 years old and I don’t let him jump on furniture. Material is cheap! please don’t waste your money!
