Wife and kids were very happy with customer service. My wife got our daughter some doctor martens and she was very very pleased lady was very helpful there.

My son had a $50 gift card that he wanted to use. Asked if they would cash out the difference of $5 guy said no just get a pair of socks and pay difference. Looked it up and CA Its a law they have to between $5 or $10. Called him out and he was like I said I didnt know! as I just over heard talk about commission and selling more accessories.

Bought a pair of Doc martin boots for daughter took them home she walked around in them for just a minute they didn’t fit in the heal. I took them back but because she had tried them at home they considered them worn. They were not worn. I was unable to get a refund of $161. I could only get a gift card to use there. BE AWARE. We will never shop there again.

Very good selection of shoes however they didnt have the newest convetse shoes yet .

Pretty good came earlier today seemed a little packed and understaffed. Was serviced by employee number 630796 he was friendly and attentive.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I came in with a gift card that obviously stated i needed it 😂 there was an amazing employee by the name of ozzy (love) he was SO KIND! And went out of the way to get me my boots !! He made a few phone calls to get my gift card cleared so he could manually enter the card number so i wouldnt have to go all the way home and print the card and come back ! He was so patient I truly appreciate his services! I will be back soon !!!

Had amazing help with the workers there and finally found the shoes my fiance was looking for.

This particular location was terrible, we never were greeted when we entered. No one asked us if we needed help l, when we finally made a show selection with our young boys, the lady that seemed like she was supose to help just left us and never returned. The worst experience in my opinion.

I want to start off by saying Ive been to many Journeys Store all around So Cal and this store is by far the nices. I was having a rough day and I went into the store and there was a young women there who had the most wonderful customer service etiquette . Not only did she make my day brighter but she was able to help me in what I need. I was so blown away on how she treated me that I would diffently shop here again . Thanks again Benny for your help keep up the good work.

Manager is U N P R O F E S S I O N A L. I worked there & only lasted about a week because of the environment & the manager Omars lack of responsibility. HORRIBLE experience. He Didnt even pay me my full check. He has me down for two days & I worked a total of 5! I brought it to his attention & he doesnt bother to fix it or get ahold of me. Something needs to happen.

I ordered online a pair of super mario vans and this was the store that sent me the shoes my problem was that they did not have the vans tags that come with the shoe.I seen other reviews and they come with the Nintendo tag and vans tag.if Im a collector I need everything that comes with the shoe.or maybe this was a return item bad business...

The manager with the blue hair was the rudest person there i went to go get my little sister shoes and when we were waiting at the cash register she started yelling at someone completely ignoring me and my sister standing there so after we all just ended up walking out the store
