Whos ever heard of clothing store that does carry belts? At least unisex 1s? The staff was pleasant but disappointed no belts.

People working Aug. 21, 2021 not welcoming or acknowledging people walking in which is fine, the store doesn’t have as much as in Manhattan and sale rack isn’t great. Better off going a little bit further into NYC. Also a man sitting outside of store on bench was asking people for money and as I was walking in and other walking out because they didn’t give him change called out ‘cracker’. The parking garage nearby was fine experience

The staff that works here are pretty welcoming. The “store brand leader” was giving my bf a hard time to return 1 item & refused to give the item back to him so we can just mail it to UO (KATY) IS HER NAME.. I called customer service and they refunded it over the phone. She needs to be reprimanded for this incident.

Do you want to have a problem with your order? Order with UO, they cancel for no reason, they cancel because is out of stock and then you go to the store and they have it,they loose your order and never explain or send it again, they inform they delivered something that was never delivered. I’m done with this store

I came here for Christmas decorations the store is ok they have good deals and the service is good they also have some very cool merchandise in there they have decent clothes but the gifts are better and the vibe is kinda bad but the store still has a great variety of merchandise

Horrible! Bought a gift card for my wife 7 days ago. Went to return it because she didnt want it. Employee and manager both said its an internal policy that they dont take gift cards back. Receipt doesnt exclude gift card returns(see picture). Walked down the street to Anthropologie to return the other gift card I got her and they took it back without an issue.Urban outfitters looked like an outlet store and were in the midst of unwrapping displays in the middle of the floor. The manager with the bad blonde dye job was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, Im stuck with a gift card to a store I dont shop. Guess Ill be giving it to someone else.

Bella was very nice to me and my bf. He spilled his coffee all over the place lol but she was very sweet about it and helped clean it up. Love the service!! Her outfit was so cute too ✨

Very clean and well kept store, in vibrant Montclair. Staff was friendly and polite. The items were kept well and easily displayed.

Limited stock due to Christmas I guess. Also waited 28 minutes in line, 2 cshiers when they needed 3-4.

The staff here are very helpful and quick to assist. There is a great selection of clothing for men and women and they also have other things like a small book and music section. A bit pricey but still worth checking out.

Went there this morning looking for a specific pair of sunglasses that were unavailable at another location. The manager and another salesperson looked online at their inventory, at various parts of the store, and in the backroom to track them down. They were even willing to call other Urban Outfitters if they couldnt find them in their store. I would say they definitely went above and beyond and I am grateful!

This store is the worst. They do not respect their opening hours. I came at 6:45 pm to make a return and their door was already closed. I work from 8 to 6pm so obviously I can barely make it on time. I will never buy here again.

Horrible experience! I bought Jacket M size and returned I wanted to get size S. Manager was taking over one guy who was I guess new. They were all over the place so i think thats why she (the manager) made a mistake! She said oh we will re order it for you and she did. She returned the Size M and ordered size S. I said same adress and everything she DID NOT PUT MY APPARTAMENT NUMBER THERE! Now it says on app it has been delivered and Its nowhere to be Found! Also the Jacket was 50% off and SHE CHARGED ME FULL PRICE! Now i have to be on tbe PHONE FOREVER LOOK FOR MY LOST JACKET! Or go there and hear BUNCH OF EXCUSES . And 1 month to give my money back on account!!! You guys should take ONE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME !!!

To expensive for basic stuff. Gloves 20🤑 hat 29$ personally think its ridiculous. There awards system instant discount for when you sign up. But customer service is extremely great 👍

I love, love this UO store! I have one near me but not as big as this one in Montclair. Not only do they have a home décor section but they have really cute, well priced dresses. I ended up buying a beautiful dress for an upcoming concert and it fits me perfectly.Also a big shout out to Kelly-- shes an awesome human being. Thanks for egging me on to get the dress with the slit 🙌🏼

Really great staff, always willing to help if you need fashion advice. Its a pretty big store with lots of cool things. Id like to buy everything but the store is pricey. I wanted to buy a basic dress for a job interview and it cost me $80. I wish there was a clothing store that carried cool clothes for a decent price in Montclair. Id shop there more if the clothing was a bit cheaper. If the company lowered prices, I think they would make much more money in the long run. Most millenials these days cant afford a $80 dress.

The clothes are hip, young,cool and make me want to be young again lol

::sigh:: I should be more embarrassed about publicly declaring my enthusiasm for Urban Outfitters. But...ever since i took a bus into downtown Manhattan in the 90s and bought a pink starburst pillow for eighty bagillion dollars...and even after UO became Hot Topic for teenagers who outgrew Hot Topic...AND even after UO started pressing colorfully pretty Lisa Frank-like vinyl for pop music Id never heard of (whats a Haley Kiyoko?)...I still get excited when stumbling upon an Urban Outfitters in a random mall.At least I now know what a Haley Kiyoko is. (its a lesbian unicorn, right?)
