I went to the store to get my new phone as well as to purchase new iPads for my construction company. The sales associate Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout the buying process and took the extra time to make sure everything was up and running before I left the store. As a business owner myself, I know what it takes to provide superior customer service. I would highly recommend them.

This Verizon store is so much better than any other one. I have been a Verizon customer for almost a decade and have been to approximately five different stores in that time. The difference is primarily the two men who work there, Osyrus and Mateo. Both of these men are wise beyond their years and helped me with an extensive list of technology needs. They literally anticipated the problems I had before I did, and found solutions for me. I worked with Osyrus and Mateo independently for approximately five hours each, and could not be more impressed. I have a Ph.D and thus, somewhat high expectations for knowledge in a person’s area of work—whatever it is. I can say my expectations were more than met, they were far exceeded by each of these individuals. Thank you! And, for the record, their pandemic health protocols were followed to the full extent. I spent hours in the store and never once felt unsafe. Again, excellent!

Just want to give Mateo a big ‘thank you’ forhis patience and kindness. I was looking for the right phone for someone who is challenged and Mateo took the time to explain what would and wouldn’t be the best choice. I wound up keeping the phone we’d already bought from Verizon (turned out to be the easiest one to use), but will def go back to this store for my next purchase. Stay clear of this place at all costs. One of the sales associates told me I was eligible for a promotion for a new iphone. He had me upgrade and handed me a new phone with instructions on how to trade in my old one for the promotion. When I got home, I went online and saw that he had charged the entire cost of the phone--$800-- to my account, essentially doubling my monthly payment, and there was no promotion at all. Verizon corporate confirmed same. They reminded me that this is not an actual Verizon store, it is a retailer. This means Verizon takes no responsibility for anything you buy at the store. Further, there appears to be no manager or owner who will take responsibility for what is obviously unethical and illegal conduct. Again, go to an authorized Verizon store. Not here.In reply to response to owner:1. Verizon corporate confirmed that because the store is a retailer and not a corporate location, they wouldnt stand by any in-store promise of eligible promotions. Lesson learned. Next time, Ill go to a Verizon store to avoid shady business practice.2. The $800 charge to my account absolutely came as a surprise, because it was supposed to be $800 less a $580 promotion promised by your sales associate. Everyone makes mistakes, but its sad that you would expect your customers not to be surprised when they are charged $600 more than what was promised in-store. Maybe a $600 over-charge doesnt surprise you, but it absolutely surprised me. Sketchy, unethical, and you should know better.3-4. Your manager dodged my calls for 2 weeks, and then told me I was ineligible for a return because I didnt return it within a 5 day window. Yesterday, you called to apologize and explain that you cant take a $600 hit. Explain why I should take the $600 hit instead when it was your store that made the mistake, and not me. I was patient, and even asked for a compromise. You refused. So be it.5. Your apology is appreciated, but Im shocked that you havent reached out to make it right. When you charge people twice what they are expecting to pay and ask them to upgrade for a promotion that turns out not to exist, you should take responsibility as the owner and make it right for your customers. Sadly, you refuse to do so. Accordingly, my review stands.

Weve been customers of this store for years. Wouldnt change because the customer service is just outright AWESOME!!!! Where else can you walk into a store and sit with a knowledgeable tech person that can actually help you resolve a problem without a long wait time? That is routine with Joseph and his team. Walked in the other day to buy a new case and screen protector. Incredible amount of options servicing whatever you may need. Wireless Chargers? 10 foot long super Chargers? They carry just about everything and/or will order it for you. Staff has been making great efforts to protect themselves and their customers amidst the pandemic by wearing face masks, gloves, only allowing 2 persons in the store at a time and disinfecting just about everything. They even put up those glass shields at each desk to further emphasize the importance of health safety right now. Couldnt have felt safer while shopping!

I care more about the quality of my phone service than anything else, and the truth is that there are thousands of Verizon stores out there. I worked as a Sprint Wireless Technician for a long time. Call me a traitor but I had to leave once I started noticing major dead zones in the area. I hesitated even calling Verizon to inquire about switching. However after my 4th dropped call of the day I had had it. I know the industry and just wanted to switch carriers in the easiest way possible. VZ Sales Rep Mateo Avalos met me where I was and suggested that I kept my current unlocked phone to save me money. Kept my same number and was in and out way quicker than anticipated. Goodbye Sprint, havent dropped a call since!

I went here because I needed to upgrade my phone and all the other Verizon stores were croweded and overly packed. I was greeted very nicely at the door, not only that but it was by appointment only and I noticed them taking every precaution to stay safe by wiping down everything before I came in. Not only did I get that done in a timely manner but the sales associate I was working with even saved me money by changing my plan to something that better suits me while saving me money on my new iPhone 12. Both of the sales associates are very nice gentlemen and they always disclose all the information so nothing is left out. It was so stress free and the gentlemen I was working with was extremely patient. Also they dont push you to buy anything you dont want to buy and only recommend things in your best interest which I have never experienced before. They even transfer all your stuff for you so its worry free. I highly recommend this Verizon store regardless of what anyone says. This was one of the best Verizon experiences Ive had in my whole life and Im never going anywhere else. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
