We usually buy from this place. Today we got an irate phone call from their sales person Steven who was mad at us that we ordered a part and now we dont want it!We havens spoken to anyone at Express Brakes today or ordered any parts from then at all. He was accusing us of lying that we ordered parts and that we made them waste their time and money driving to us to deliver and now we dont want it!Again and confused after doing research on our end and ensuring it wasnt us that ordered parts, we told HIM we didnt order anything or talk to him today. HE was angry with us and hung up! The nerve!!!After about 30 minutes later he calls to apologize? Are you kidding me dude! Super extremely bad customer service! He claimed he was having a bad day and decided to make the worse possible decision and took it out on your client? Really? Super disappointing and after years of ordering from here, we are really going to try and NOT ORDER anything again.
