Got my wheels on time and we’re the correct specs. Super shiny and everything how I asked. A little expensive but worth it.

Worst customer service, have not gotten a reply in months now. I finally gotten my barriers after a couple months wait. when I tried to install my barriers, my lip that I received was bent/warped and does not align with my inner barriers holes! i have emailed them a couple times now and no reply. i just want my refund back or at least send me a new barrel.

Ordered wheels 2 weeks ago, Just wanted to let you guys know they need to do a better job sealing wheels, just got tires and everything and their was no silicone used at all to reseal the wheels literally could peel it off with my fingers now I have to get them resealed and probably rebuilt, probably not going to buy from here again after this first impression dont get me wrong the wheels are nice but just stop being lazy and take the time to satisfy customers who spends over 2k on wheels and gets excited to put them on the car and then they notice a leak.

Let me just say that they will pull you in email after email after EMAIL JUST for looking at the website- but get this-I finally pulled the trigger to order four lips to rebuild my wheels. After sending them pictures of my wheels, brand, model, I felt confident that what i would receive would be correct. You would THINK SO considering they MAKE YOU SIGN STATING NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.So we wait- almost four months for my lips. I ordered four at 180 a piece. Open them up after waiting a month since they shipped- to find out that all of my hardware holes have been drilled further out than my hardware- more so even then the originals, the valve stem hole is so sharp- and crooked with imperfections. (Thank you ocd)Also- these lips that been refurbished. I wish I would have known beforehand at how bad three piece has gotten- but I guess you live and learn!DO NOT BUY FROM THREEPIECE unless you want your wheels in pieces and for SALE. Don’t worry- I’ll add pictures later.

EDIT: Still waiting on Lips - so has been around 9 months of waiting now. No updates since May. Cant wait for the 1 year anniversary!Ordered lips late November 20, so around 5 months since ordering and still in the production queue (original ETA was around Feb). Customer service is good and Gabby the rep is polite (and I know it isnt her fault) but I am losing faith that I will get this in a timely manner at all. Will update as this progresses.

Best customer service that I have had for a long time. Great quality wheels, perfect machining and paint finish. Big shout out to David that provided sincere insight and recommendations about different options for my the set up that I had picture in my mind. Was able to made this happen, always answered my emails no matter how simple and silly the question was.. I definitely felt taken care of and I felt the excitement from him about making this wheels for the FD as me having them for my car. Proud to have this piece of art in my car and proud to be part of the Heritage family.

Got sent a review request via email about how much I like my wheels..... Funny asking how someone likes something they have been waiting for over 5months for & when you do finally email asking for an update on shipping you get a extremely rude email response from a customer care rep that just says were the largest dealer ..blah, blah, blah, were transparent with our blah, blah (ya, transparent if YOU contact them & ask what the eff).So lets see... Shipping -10points, customer service -100points, price 0points/score of -110 smh, Hard pass on this one guys spend your money anywhere else & youll have a better experience with a place that actually cares about you & your parts not just your money💯🤑

Stay away from this place if you dont want to risk losing money. Experience was good at first when i ordered my first 4 barrels. Waited 7 months just for 2 barrels because they said they were out of materials but yet they keep refinishing new wheels and putting them up on their site(i get email notifications when they have new wheels). Ive lost about $200 because they lost my wheel assembly bolts. They claimed that it shipped out in Jan 2021 but the label was made back in the end of nov or beginning of dec 2020, doesnt make sense to make a shipping label and ship it out a whole month later. USPS says it never got scanned so they cant do anything about it, and threepieceus refuses to send out another set for me so im out $200. Another weird sketchy thing is they ask for your wheel face, ldk why they need my wheel face when theyve made and sent me 4 barrels for my wheels already. When they sent me my last 2 barrels it came raw when ive ordered polished so i had to waste time sending it back and waiting another 2 weeks for them to fix it. Never doing business with this poorly operated company again.

Ordered Work wheels and they got here well within the time frame they specified and always replied to emails with updates and called me once they arrived. highly satisfied with the wheels and they came out perfect, definitely will order again.

Terrible. I have been waiting 15 weeks for 2 wheel lips and it is preposterous. They can say aluminum shortage but yet they got my raw material in 3 weeks ago is what I was told.I have asked for a date of completion SO many times and I keep getting told it is in a queue. Someone go to the machine shop and find out where my stuff is in line. Its not that hard. I have been patient and now that has ran out. I was told after machining it will be put in a polishing queue and after that a shipping queue... LOL They act like this is rocket science. Machining metal and polishing metal and putting it in a box is not a complicated process.. and it doesnt take very long either.Dont buy from these guys. They dont have a clue as to what customer service means. Usually companies with this bad of ratings on BBB and Google who are having production problems are short on money so buyer beware. Give the VR Wheel crew a call. They are 1000000x better

Emailed to find out if they had parts available for my wheels, i included all needed details(width, diameter, style, brand, and pictures), they told me they had it, sent me the link to place the order and told me what i needed to put in the different fields for the order.Placed the order, paid, done deal, now i wait for my lip. WRONGI get a call a day later. They tell me they dont have a template for the Lip they told me to order. They said i have to pay to send in my face so they can make it. I told them I wasnt interested in that, they said they would send an email to follow up.I responded within an hour or so of their email, told them, Im not interested in sending in more parts, and to cancel the order.No response.I sent another email the next day reiterating the same, I get a response saying they are custom orders and cannot be cancelled and all sales are final.I responded that they changed the deal on me, not the other way around. They wanted more money, after THEY told me that they had a product that they clearly didnt have.They will lie to you to make a deal, then blame you after the fact. Dont say I didnt warn you.

Ordered Lips from here because I was given an ETA of 3-4 weeks. I’m on my 4th month of waiting and still get the same “your order is still in our production queue” update. Last time ever ordering from these guys. Who knows how long I’ll have to wait. I could only imagine how long it takes them to ship out wheels. Garbage company, don’t recommend them. VrWheels only took 2 months to refinish and ship out my wheels....

Ended up being good experience in the end. It was a little frustrating to be told 3-4 weeks when I ordered, and ended up being about 11 weeks, but Gabby was very helpful through the process. In fact, they did quote me in writing it could be 8-12 weeks, so my bad. Wheels were packed perfect, and it does look like they added brand new hardware with the new lips. Really stoked on the end result and thank you Threepiece. Sorry I was a pain in the butt.

Wanted to get wheels for my boyfriend. I knew what wheels he wanted, but didn’t know what else to do. I found them from TikTok and decided to call in. They knew the right sizes to get from the pictures that I showed. He was so excited to put them on when they arrived. We took their advice about bringing the wheels to someone who specializes in these wheels and had no issues whatsoever! Don’t know about anyone else’s experience, but overall it was great! They answered all my questions and concerns.

Shocking communication and honesty!Brought lips a month apart for shipping and tax reasons, they “shipped” them all together 3 weeks ago, however tracking the items says it’s still in there workshop, was told 6-8week wait it’s been 4months! Don’t use them! Chronic lairs .they ship” items when u give them a hurry up but they are not shipped it’s just buying them more time

By far the worst automotive experience Ive ever had. Customer service is aggressive and nonhelpful, took 10 weeks for an order that was said to take 1-3.BEWARE. Dont waste your time or money, better options.

I was not sure to order the inner barrel I needed at threepiece after I read the reviews here. However a guy from Belgium I contacted had a good experience with them, so I ordered my inner barrel.And they didnt disappoint, actually they had the SSR inner barrel in stock were other companies in Europe couldnt supply them, and for a cheaper price too. They posted it very quick, it arrived in NL in just 4 days. Measurements and everything is perfect so I can finally rebuild my wheels, happy with the service!

Please read this might help you!!This is my honest threepiece.us reviewExpect that you might be the lucky one just like me that will need to take your wheels apart after you receive them to reclean them and reseal them and possibly retighten your hardware bolts because they don’t know how to do that correctly.Be ready to spend some money for wheels that should have been built correctly and if they are not done right that will be your problem now.Be ready to take the wheels apart and do it yourself or spend it to someone that knows what they are doing if the wheels will not hold air.Be ready to spend some more money even though you already spent 2k or more like me expecting the wheels to be ready to go after 5 months of waiting.Be ready to hear them say it’s not our fault it’s the tire shop that you went to fault.Be ready to have them say to you that there is nothing that they could do to help you even though they messed up on their part.Be ready to spend 50 dollars on a bit if you have the 12 point star hardware bolts and if you can’t find the bit for the hardware anywhere else.Be ready for them to say that they can give you a few decals of their companys name but wont do anything else for you.This is what happened to me with buying wheels off of this company.Whoever is the one that is building these wheels for this company did a terrible job. On one of the wheels four hardware bolts were not even fully tightened; I could move the bolts around by hand. I don’t know how someone that was building the wheels as a job could have missed that I know mistakes can happen but thats really common sense to check those bolts so when they are on the car they don’t fall apart while the car is driving. Once I put the tires on the wheels three out of four wheels were leaking air and they said once the tires are on the wheels you own the wheels but its funny how you would not be able to know if the silicon seal was bad without putting the tire on and putting air in it but they are certain that it was the tire shops fault but they put the tire on correctly and made sure that it did not break the silicon and I was standing right there waiting them. I find it ridiculous that that they did not want to help me out even though I gave them 2,200 dollars for wheels that are supposedly ready to be put on a car they refused to help me out by giving me some money back so I can buy new silicon, the bit, going back and forth to the tire shop, and dismounting the tires so they got me really good their.They did offer that they would clean reseal and tighten all the bolts on all four wheels but I would have to pay for the shipping going back to there company and back to my house but I was not going to pay for their mistake and wait another 5 months for my wheels and the chance that the seal will not be the correct way again luckily I know how to take apart, clean, reseal, and torque down the wheels myself. Which I did and they are better than when I received them. The only reason why I went with them is because they had the wheels that I wanted. I saw the reviews that people have given them but I still took the chance and what those people said they were right. It’s funny how they will go above and beyond for Hertz or Adam LZ wheels but for a regular person like me they don’t care which is a shame I would have ran that company totally different then how they are doing it now.The only good thing I can say is that the customer service was good they answered my questions multiple times within a day and the wheels did come to my house.Its a possible chance that you either get your wheels done right like the other good reviews or you get wheels like mine but its your choice to pick if you want to go with this company or not.The first three pictures is threepiece.us silicon job and the three last pictures are my silicon job. Got my wheels and they look amazing and everything was good (except a few bolts on the 3 piece wheels were loose and taking 5 months) but on one of the wheels a lip was used instead of a barrel for god knows why and had a hole for a valve stem. The tire shop I took them to installed them and everything but when I went to test fit them on the car the wheels extra valve stem the tire shop had to install hit the arm. I contacted them and was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I had already mounted tires on them even though it was their misdoing. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the wheels I ordered did come out pretty nice. Just wish I could run them.

Horrible customer service.. once you buy from them.. they no longer care about you.Estimated time for me was 6weeks.. got my stuff in 7weeks.(my guess is they got it from china)Barrels were sent unfinished.Look at the burring from bad drilling.Big regret going with this place.

Three piece us was super helpful finding wheels for my car. They made the process super fast and easy and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for wheels.

Ordered a set of new barrels for my wheels from Australia, was around the SEMA time and I expected there to be a delay but also had a deadline to meet for a project. The guys kept me in the loop and although the wheels were out for polishing when I cut the deadline short to send them out in time half way across the world, they arrived fully polished and finished. Exceptional service and a very happy customer, will have my return business.

Really terrible customer service and horrible way to handle customers. Bought the items on May 27th, 2019 and received them February 17th. 2020, which is 266 days - 180 business days - 53.2 weeks. Ive emailed them a few times about cancelling it since they didnt even meet their expected time frame and never got a reply. Without even saying anything back, I just came home to two boxes sitting at my house. Great job avoiding refunding someone.Also, if you havent noticed, ~90% of the 5 star reviews are from users that only reviewed 1-3 places.

I cannot believe these guys are still in business, any good reviews they have are from staff or bought.They cannot follow instructions and repeatedly send incorrect products, and because they send them with the slowest shipping, by the time we get the rubbish its out of their two week policy and its our fault?They should be put out of business and all be unemployed. Buyer beware! If they damage your wheels, they hide behind disclaimers! I sent 2 expensive SSR wheels to them in March to have new lips installed and they damaged my faces and refused to make it right. Here is the timeline:1. March: Paid invoice in full and carefully packaged each wheel individually for shipment. I was given a 6-10 week estimate for completion.2. May: At about 8 weeks, I emailed them for an update and was told they were waiting on the lips to arrive from Japan. If I would have been told they were not in stock in March, I would have paid the invoice and shipped them as soon as the lips were in stock and been able to use my car during the spring show season.3. Early June: They notify me they broke some of my hardware reinstalling the faces to the barrels/lips and they didnt have replacements. So I was forced to purchase new hardware for the 2 wheels they had plus 2 more wheels still on the car so it would match.4. Late June: The wheels arrive via FedEx with damage to the custom painted faces. As seen in the pictures, the wheels were in a cardboard box with no protection provided for the faces, obviously showing a complete lack of concern for my property. They tell me that I am the one that needs to file the claim for damage with FedEx, even though they were the shipper/insurer. I file the claim and provide all the information FedEx asks for, including detailed pictures of the damage to each wheel and the boxes as they arrived. I am informed by the FedEx agent not to remove the wheels from the boxes until a decision has been made in case an adjuster wants to inspect them in person.5. Late July: As expected, FedEx denies my claim finding no fault by them for the damage incurred. I then turn to Threepieceus for compensation since it was either their work on the wheels or their lack of shipping protection that caused the damage. I ask for $440 (the cost to refinish the wheel faces) or a return shipping label so that they can perform the repairs.6. Shortly after sending the email to Threepieceus asking for compensation or repair, I receive a phone call from one of their employees telling me that under their Terms of Service and Limitations of Liability as outlined on their website, they are not responsible for any damage to a customers property. Sure enough, their legalese is so comprehensive that it absolves them of all responsibility.Use them at your own risk! I went to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau only to find they are not accredited. No surprise there.

Best place in the world to get 3 piece wheel

This compony is terrible. Excuse the bad grammar and the bad use of punctuation. This is to long of a complaint for me to go threw all of that. I got wheels from threepieceus. Right of of the box they didn’t fit, I ordered them as 5x100. The back pads had tons of dents and scratches in them as well as the face of the wheels having some scratches and dents. I contacted threepieceus immediately the day after and was practically told to go f myself and there was nothing they could do even though the wheels were obviously the wrong size and were all beat up. I went threw the leasing program so I had to contact them because I wasn’t going to pay for wheels that did not fit and where screwed from the factory. After being on the phone with progressive leasing I sent in pictures to them and made a complaint, 25 minuets go by and I get my response saying that they are going to cancel my leasing contract and the wheels are mine to do what I want with. I also brought up the conversation to progressive talking about how when I was on the phone with threepieceus and told them the wheels had dents and scratches they told me the were refurbished wheels and I should have known that from the pictures on there website. Even though it states on there website that they were brand new wheels. The guy from progressive told me that was weird because In the leasing contracted with progressive and threepieceus it also says the wheels are brand new. I’m very glad I went threw the leasing program because if I would have paid full price for them from the start. I would have been completely out of luck. I finally sold them for 600 bucks when they were originally 1,800 dollars. only to come and find out that the guy I sold them to had them sent to a wheel place and found out the actual lug pattern was 5x108. Moral of the story is, my friends told me to not order from here because they have heard stories exactly like mine from different people. I have proof of everything. If you are going to order from this company at least go threw the leasing program so you don’t have to pay money for the wheels they might not fit or have fun waiting for your lips and barrels that will take 6 months to make and then get to your house and they won’t be the right specs. This company could be something huge for the car culture but instead from my experience and what I’ve heard other people’s experiences these guys are complete trash. Thank you threepieceus for waisting a couple months of my life and for taking up room in my garage so I had to move the wheels that would never fit my car every time I had to work on my car.

1st red flag was finding the advertised internet price conflicting with website checkout price.2nd red flag with benefit of the doubt, i contacted sale via email but received a slightly higher price than advertised sale price and so i decided to contact sales directly.3rd and final red flag came when both website and email prices were not honored over the phone. instead the sales associate increased the price yet a third time citing x,y,z reasons and threw on a 4week delivery time.for these reasons, i am taking my business to a local competitor that is offering same day pick up and honoring the threepiece.us sale price.i wish the business well. many improvements needed to become a reputable business in this industry.

Ordered some lips to rebuild my wheels, ended up taking more than twice the estimated wait time. When I got them, the holes didnt even line up with the barrels. Basically got scammed out of money and have an unknown product I cant even resell since I dont know what hole pattern it is.
