THEY WONT HELP CANADIANSIf your Canadian they dont seem to like dealing with us as my gf tried to put through an order only to be met with a card error now if it was her fault and the billing address was wrong or something id understand however it seems to be an internal error with the merchant service they use of course they adamantly refuse this then offer to use venmo which is unavailable to us in the great white north. after all this Aaron told my gf that hes tried everything and that i guess it just doesnt work despite the fact nowhere else has issues with her card or even sending a paypal link to get this taken care of. Aside from that when actually speaking to mary she was rude and combative while also stating that usually when women buy autoparts its fraud. Really cause no women are in the industry at any rate stay away and try to use alternatives as they dont care.notice the attached screen shotsto the reply yes i did i placed a new order this morning from my credit card with a detached home address so im happy to change my review assuming everything gets shipped and dealt with in a proper manner

I have to say there isnt another place like this one anywhere in the country! Took plenty of time to help me find exactly what I need and more. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Purchased a rebuilt r154 and rebuilt supra rear differential. Parts were shipped back in extremely poor condition, rebuilds were done without case cleaning. Transmission failed within the fist few months of break in driving and Aaron refused to help resolve the issue. Rear diff was shipped without fluid (which was requested to be sent along with the diff and is hard to get), which slowed down out project several weeks. Aaron and his staff are unprofessional. Arrogant and fail to stand behind their work. Do not believe all of these 5 star reviews, which I bet are from friends and family. You have been warned!

I sent my CT26 from my rebuilt 7M in to driftmotion to be rebuilt and upgraded to a 57 trim. They finished the work extremely quickly and shipped the turbo back quickly. The turbo was packed extremely well...double boxes with packing peanuts surrounding the inner box. Unfortunately UPS damaged the wastegate somehow during shipping. Aaron had a new wastegate shipped out to me in less than 24 hours. Aaron and the Driftmotion staff are incredibly helpful and genuine. Driftmotion is the place to go for all your supra needs. Cant wait to do business with you all again!

We called in the morning to order a part, then when we went to pick it up, they didnt have it there, so we had to wait like an hour to get it. When we called they said the part was ready to pick up. We drove like 40 min to Montclair and then had to wait like an hour more

Good variety of parts which customers need but the worst service Ive seen for a performance company. Will only ship to the customers billing address which if you are Canadian will screw you with duty and border waits. They arent willing to do what other companies can.

I recently did a r154 swap in my Altezza. It was a huge pain searching for parts & locating correct information for the swap. It was really helpful that Drift motion had most of the parts I needed. I will tell you this, DM has a monopoly on clutch pedals for the Altezza/ is300. I wish they provided step by step instructions on how to assemble them given the price point of the pedal.I picked up the parts personally, I forget who helped me out but they took there time & reviewed every single one of my items with me to ensure I had everything. Which was great! He was the only person in the shop & a line started forming but that didnt stop em from giving me his full attention. Which is awesome, especially that I had just driven 40 + miles to get there.Half way through my swap I had a question with there flywheels. I gave them a call & they were quick to provide feedback on the install.Definitely will come back to DMMy swap is fully functional & that was only possible through DM on

Ive been to quite a few shops for parts back when I had my Subie and SW20. Now I recently got myself into a cressida and a friend recommended me to this place. I went in and let me start by saying Aaron and Odom are some very knowledgeable guys when it comes to swaps and aftermarket parts. I took my car and asked them about a JZ swap. They looked at my car and told me exactly what I needed. Thats when I knew these guys were the right guys and decided to buy my 1jz and parts I needed to get my swap done. And if something isnt right they will do everything in their power to make things right to make a customer happy. Its no wonder why alot my friends recommend and deal with DM. I wouldnt recommend any other shop until you give these guys a try. Then you will see why you wouldnt want to go to anywhere else. Was finishing up a soarer swap and needed to get a new pump and pulley setup for it. Placed my order on the the 27th. Their website says usually ships in 2 business days. I wanted the parts quickly and I am in FL so I paid extra for USPS priority mail shipping (you have to choose which method you want at checkout and ground UPS is 5+ days from CA to FL). I figured i would have them in a few days as its 2-3 day shipping with USPS priority mail. I finally get a shipping confirmation 3 business days later and they shipped the items UPS ground. I contacted them about it asking for a refund of shipping charges and if not that I would need to file a dispute. Instead Aaron cancels the shipment and makes up a whole list of excuses as to why he didnt even want to ship the items. Aaron, your website encourages you to SIGN UP WHEN YOUR PURCHASE AN ITEM so that you can see your past/present orders. People have wives and I used my wifes card to pay at checkout, it has the exact same billing address and shipping address as to where I placed the order, not to mention the CVT number and such. Its not rude when a client emails you with an issue and asks for the shipping charges back for YOUR MISTAKE. Canceling the order just shows how childish and immature the people who run this business are. There is a reason why all the other reviews dont have any commentary and its because they arent legitimate reviews. My advice, go elsewhere to purchase the parts you need for your 2js and 1js. There are much more reputable shops WHO WILL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS. Take your business elsewhere.
