I had St.Clair coating powder coat my 1996 HAAS VF cnc outer sheet metal body. They burned off the old paint, blasted it for powder. It turned out Much better than I expected. They were very professional and fast turnaround. They took the time to plug all screw holes from coating making reassembly so easy. Thank you guys.

St. Clair Coatings cleaned-up and powder coated 2 ornate wrought iron plant stands for me that were in dire need of restoration. My wife and I were amazed by the beautiful transformation of these plant stands from extremely weathered to gorgeous works of art. The quality and attention to detail of the restoration is outstanding. I also appreciated the courtesy of the consultation I received to understand the restoration process and final finish considerations.

Went to get a job done and the girl at the front desk wouldnt even address me. Hard to do business with a company that wont even say hello when you walk in the door.Update. Owner response noted. To be clear waited several minutes and staff didnt even nod, wave, speak or make eye contact. A dog came to the desk instead. Kinda skipped over that part. A decent greeting is a very basic expectation. Dont act like she couldnt have done that. Interesting you accuse me of saying something she heard when at the same time she wouldnt even say hello and was too busy on the phone. You defend her inaction and take her at her word. Not sure what that says about you or your people skills.Sure some of the reviews are bad, and well deserved.

Great quality and service. Even though I brought a small job they went out of their way to provide great quality and service. I will continue to use them for all of our powder coating.

Dropped off a frame on 1/3/19 .The price was discussed and told 14 business days, six weeks later received a phone call as to we cant blast your frame you will need to strip it then bring it back.returned one week later called and told it was done and the price was double of what was discussed. No phone call for approval,the owner does not return phone calls. The girl in the office trys to cover for the owner, but they dont care...dont use this company the owner has no integrity will lie to your face and flat out RIP you off.This was not the first time we have had issues with this company but it is the last.

Havent even done business here but just the way the owner responds to grievances online so rudely and defensive makes me think they were probably legitimate complaints. Ill keep my search going for a more reputable podercoating shop..

Talked to a gentleman over the phone about an estimate on getting something powder coated. Not only was his estimate about 60% more overpriced compared to other local businesses, but he was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful when I brought that to his attention. He continued to bash their largest competitor in the area bde powder coating, which has been in the area for sixty years and does fantastic work.Updated: Read their response to my and other negative reviews, always something that the customer did wrong, not them. St clairs doesnt understand the power of the internet and needs to act professional the first time they encounter a customer. They should not have to fix their mistakes by replying to Google reviews with inaccurate information and biased opinions. Its pretty obvious when someone lied because they need to go into very very accurate detail about the situation, so please... read the response to this review.
