They were so helpful when I needed to print, scan, and email multiple document types this morning. So quick and painless! They were also super respectful about my privacy needs- deleting all records of what I sent
I have always found the UPS employees to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If they can do it they will or try hard to do their best to accomplish it or send you somewhere else that can. They are A-plus when it comes to customer service. Customer service is huge and extremely appreciated, as is ability! Thank you for being so incredible!!!Crystal Ray Silva
The employees and owner make a huge difference at this location. They are patient and always willing to help. They offer services like copying, printing and more. Its not a big space, so be prepared to possibly be standing in line outdoors due to distancing requirements. The line generally moves quickly.
Pretty much the same as most UPS stores. Doing a great job of adhering to covid public health recommendations.
$2 for a printout of a ups label. Scammers.
Its convenient!! You need extra time and patience when you go. There is a line for services.
Fast service, friendly staff and you can get books spiral bound here!
They charge you for little bags to do amazon returns. This is the only ups store that has made me repackage returns for them. Also didn’t get a manager when I requested.
Please keep your website up to date during Covid19 and or any changes.. Website said open..Went to your location several times when its actually closed.
Inside they are nice and speedy. Not sure if hes a local driver but I get the same delivery man every week, he jams to loud music and is a nice refreshing face to see when he comes by. Always handles my items with care. Love ups!
I stopped in The UPS Store to return a product and giy was the most helpful and friendly attendant that I have ever encountered at a ups store. The customer service was fantastic. It had the feel of a small town store. I loved it! I will be returning soon to the UPS Store!
I LOOK FORWARD EVERYTIME I NEED UPS SERVICES.AWESOME WORK CREW.
When it comes to projects and events I need all the help I can get and I cannot even begin to say how wonderful the Monroe UPS Store is. Theyre always so friendly and I can always count on them to email back right away. I know I havent been the best customer, but literally everyone in that store is so wonderful and helpful! The Monroe UPS Store will always be my go to for shipping, printing, and project help.
The store owner was so helpful in working with me to get a perfect color reproduction of my graphic design.
Dont spend any money here.Recently tried to return a broken air rifle scope back to the manufacturer for repair and they refused to ship it because they said that it was a gun part?I read the company policy and theyll actually ship firearms and accessories but apparently the local ups store has caved to extreme left wing ideology. These people need a education and maybe some better judgment because per company policy they ship guns and parts.I understand that an actual firearm needs a ffl to ship but not shipping a scope is a bit extreme.
Fantastic service, especially helpful with copy/print services. I was in a bind and they walked me through the process and even had the best price!
Very helpful and amazing staff
Friendly & professional. Never had an issue with a package shipped from this location. Everyone in the store wore a mask. 👍🏽
I despise using this place, they jack up the prices and are rather unpleasant to deal with. Two weeks ago I went online and used the UPS shipping tool to estimate the cost of shipping something back East. When I went into the store they more than doubled the price from the estimate of $22.00 to $46.00, they simply said thats the price when I challenged the rate without any explanation.I had to ship the exact same item to the exact same place this week and I took it to United States Postal Service. This time it was only $19. Less than half of what they charged me at The UPS Store. These independent franchises are a rip-off, and this one is no exception. I wont be shopping there ever again. Bye, bye UPS Store, you are a rip off.
We have a mailbox at the UPS store and they often know when I am coming and have any packages ready and waiting. Except when they are busy. They are super friendly and quick to serve!
This location is very poorly managed. They are not friendly and clueless. They rather argue with clients than find a solution.
I live in California and had an important matter come up in Washington State, and lucky for me I called the UPS store in Monroe to get my affairs handled. Caitlyn and Birju couldnt have been more helpful and considerate. In the end I realized how much they had done for me when they didnt have to. If they saw ways to save me time and money they didnt hesitate passing it on to me. Thank you!
I needed some architectural plans printed in a 24 x 36 format, and Birju at the UPS store was able to get them printed and ready for pick-up super fast. I will definitely be going back for my printing and shipping needs.
I had a similar experience as another google reviewer, I had 6 documents that all required a notary stamp, the woman told me it would be $10 per page so $60 for a few mins of her time. I asked if she could do any less, maybe two for one price? She wouldn’t hangle at all on her price stating it’s her bond on the line. When I know as a notary how many pages you charge for has nothing to do with your bond. I have been to another ups in Kent WA where the gentleman there charged only $10 for multiple notaries. The woman running this store obviously isn’t interested in doing the right thing to help customers or me as a customer instead looking to squeeze out every last dollar she could from me. I won’t give them any other business unless I’m left with no other option. I was also looking to buy stamps and have shipping needs but I will be going to the post office instead and purposely didn’t purchase other items after being overcharged for the notary service. If you have a choice to do business somewhere else I suggest avoiding this ups store.....this is in response to the owner response, I do understand “some” notaries take 30 mins with just the one stamp, mine were all one page docs with very straight forward simple sign and stamp, it took the gentleman at chase an entire 3-4 mins max to help me which he did for free with a smile! $60 which was quoted from the rep at ups was a very steep price for 3-4 mins, if I was getting a will notarized I could expect higher price! Unfortunately some big box places stick to high prices rather than doing the right thing by customers which in this case maybe they could have offered a lower price because they were such minima docs. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth for this store and I have shared with others not to go here and instead see Surgey at Chase who is wonderful! I’d also like to add how I noticed that the other negative reviews have been deleted from here....seems suspicious, reviews I read myself are now MIA, but only the bad ones
I showed up at closing time to send a fax. Erin not only let me come in, but the fax wouldn’t go through. She tried several times and then scanned it for me. I tried to give her a tip for staying late, but she wouldn’t take it. She said she was just happy to help! Thank you Erin!
They send text alerts when you have mail and are always quick to help you with anything!
