Unfortunately I did not get the names of the two men that came to pump out my septic tank. they were very professional. no one recommended this company to me I would see a lot of RCS trucks on the roadways. I did read reviews and decided to use this company,I am pleased.

Our septic tank alarm went off and we called expecting some type of emergency service repair. They told us they could not come immediately but the following week. When they did not show up the following week, we called again and they said they would send somebody the next day. They finally sent two guys who came with a shovel late on a Friday, walked around, and said your pump is broken and our crew does not do that work. They left and no one called us to tell us next steps or anything. Our septic system has been at capacity now for over a full weekend. We have been pumping out what we can using a basic sump pump. This was possibly the worst customer experience of my life. We have another company coming to fix the problem today.

They are awsome especially the guys that came to help us with the septic tank thank you guys so muchhh.

I spoke with Barbara who had no problems answering all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and informational about everything I asked, and she was VERY nice and professional over the phone. When RCS came out both of the guys were very nice and completed the job quick and efficiently. Price was very reasonable and clean up was done very well. Carolina Septic Pro left me stranded in an emergency situation for almost a week. After i finally had enough, I called RCS and they came to my rescue and came out to my house within 4 hours of me calling. I will definitely use them again. Thankful for there timely response and professionalism.

The guys showed up early & diagnosed the problem quickly. Very thorough on the repair needed for my septic drain line. Would definitely recommend them for septic repairs.

I cant say enough good things about this company. We got their info from a friend that used them a year or so ago. They came out the next morning to pump our tank, and another crew was sent a few days later to fix a crushed drain field line. They had no idea what type of drain field we had, but they quickly figured it out using their years of experience. After only 2 hours, and minimal damage to our yard, they had the drain line repaired and the hole covered back up.

The entire staff were polite and professional. Barbara was especially helpful, she called early in the morning to see if we were ready, then called again to say the crew was on their way. The crew that came out were courteous. Not only pumping out the septic tank, also fixing a blocked drain line coming from our home. Excellent job by everyone, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10. They were affordable and worth every penny we paid them.

This company came out in December 2019 to pump the septic tank, our tank was full as we found out 2 days ago.. We have a low pressure system & they ONLY pumped the pump tank. The original gentleman told us he didnt know there was 2 tanks.. Today they come out & the original gentleman came back & told us he had pumped the septic in December 2019. They actually pumped the septic tank today & the pump tank. I do not think I should have to pay for their mistake!!

Great service! Called for septic service, spoke to a very polite person, gave me a price and came out the next day. The guys that came we courteous, they called on the way (just like they said they would), performed the septic pumping and left. As simple as that! Its nice to get great customer service in an age where adequate or poor is common place!

Recently needed to get my septic pumped. They were able to come out next day. When they arrived, Floyd was very helpful and professional. They were in and out within an hour! Great service, great price. Id recommend these guys to anyone!

Septic was backed up in lower bath. Called at 8:00 am and crew came out and had me taken care of by noon. Everyone was very polite and very professional. Very affordable and worth every penny.

Paid a total of $250 to this company to fix our septic issues after their second visit my septic set off an alarm warning of a catastrophic issue. They returned and supposedly fixed the situation. Two weeks after such my toilets still won’t flush every other time and today it overflowed onto my floor leaving sewage all over my bathroom. Understandably upset I call and the owner picks up the phone. I explained that I am very upset and that I am sorry for sounding a bit angry but that I’ve had them come out twice and my septic is still giving us issues. He gave me the worst customer service I have ever had over the phone. He acted sarcastic complained that I had to repeat my situation although mentioning he was difficult to hear which I explained I understood but it is up to him to remain calm and help relax a customer with a clearly distressful situation. He mocked me because I found it odd he couldn’t spell the name Christopher which is the name of our road and said “I am too dumb to spell Christopher” and interrupted me multiple times over the phone. I am absolutely appalled and although he mentioned that septics can be somewhat random and it wasn’t their fault which I believe I still wouldn’t waste another dollar on a company that has no concern for its customers which is clear by all of the one star reviews this establishment has. Take your money elsewhere and support a company that cares about its customers.

I called on a Monday evening and spoke with Mr. Hudson. Very nice and gave me a quote. Called the next day to schedule. The lady who answered was very rude. She said Mr. Hudson was wrong on the price. I had to ask numerous times for a quote per hour before she would give give me their hourly rate for locating drain field. She became frustrated as I asked questions and hung up the phone while I was talking. If you want professionalism, call another company. They will never get my business.

Id give them more stars if I could. I called and talked briefly with whom I presume is the owner. He said that they could be out tomorrow, which was fine with me. Well, they showed up today, dug up the access spots, pumped everything out, and were gone in just over an hour. The guys were nice, and the price was 1/4th what I paid to another company a few years ago. Thats not an exaggeration.This isnt a slick new company. Theyve been in business 30 years (per the guy that came out), and apparently they focus on just getting the job done and done well. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

We were preparing to go out of town Monday when we discovered a problem with the septic system. RCS sent two men out who quickly determined the problem was a ruptured underground main line. They returned with the equipment needed to dig up and repair the line. In the process, they discovered and repaired a major crack in the septic tank that we were unaware existed. Great company! Weve used them twice before and always received prompt and excellent service.

We recently moved to our home and wanted our septic tank to be inspected since we didnt know whether it had ever been drained. When the gentleman arrived, he wanted us to just go ahead and drain the tank, flat-out telling us that he didnt want to have to wait on the other truck if the tank did indeed need drained. While Im not looking to inconvenience anyone, I thought it was rather inappropriate to put us on the spot and expect us to pay an extra $300 for something that we didnt even know needed done. Poor and awkward customer service, both in-person and on the phone. In addition, once the tank was covered back up, the Bobcat was not ran over the soil to pack it down at all, so now weve been left with a sinkhole.

If you want quality work done, then DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. They broke the top to my septic tank with their backhoe, only pumped half the tank, and broke a drainage pipe inside the tank. I had to get another company to come fix everything. It cost me over 2200.00 to get it done and they wonder why I didnt pay there invoice. PLEASE. They should be paying me for their incompetents, as we as their inferior workmanship. Pictures to follow.

Stay away from this place. I called and told them what kind of issue I was having, they said they had the info needed and someone would call me the next day...never heard from them. So two days later I called backed thinking they maybe forgot me, no big deal it happens, I was told to hang tight and they would call back in 10 minutes. Well that was 4 days ago. I went with someone else and so glad I did! I will never give this place a dime of my money!

This is the second time in 4 years ive used their services. Always same day, always quick. They are so nice as well. More importantly, so affordable. Highly reccomend.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We waited over 4 hours for service and were hung up on by the receptionist when we called to see when a truck would arrive. After calling back we were told that no was coming because they were too busy and to “go get service from someone else.” Beware of wasting your time with a company that clearly does not value its customers.
