I bought 3k worth of merchandise and was told 1 week for it to come in after 2 weeks i had to call them to find out where it was only to be told what was in stock at the time of sale was no longer in the warehouse and would now have to be ordered after more than 3 weeks of waiting with NO CALLS from them i was told at the end of my delivery window that there was no way for them to deliver to me and was even told to go rent a uhaul myself to get it. This was all handled by the store manager.

While shopping for weeks in many local stores for a king-sized mattress, we stopped into Quality Sleep in Monroe where we tried out a clearance Beautyrest BRX-3000-IM in the showroom. The owner, Tom Starkey, was able to help us come up with a very fair price for this mattress plus a set of box springs. We had a wonderful, low-pressure buying experience.Upon delivery, we discovered that a storage problem had caused minor damage to the mattress. On learning this, Tom drove out to our home immediately to resolve the problem. Within a short time, he determined that a NEW replacement mattress was needed. His professionalism and desire to ‘make things right’ is a rare thing to find today.A few weeks later, our brand-new mattress arrived…and we love it! Great place for a mattress! Bailey at the store and David and Colin on delivery were professional from start to finish. Gave a fair price on a mattress my wife and I have been looking forward to for weeks. The delivery guys were clean and thoughtful. And the outlet never pushed the boundaries on my budget. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and was immediately asked if I needed to be helped. He asked what I was looking for in a new bed and if I had a price range in mind. He was not pushy or trying to up sell me on anything, which I appreciated. I was asked questions so he could help find me the right fit in my price range and when I wanted to leave to compare prices he didnt become a slimy used car salesman. He was very honest when it came to the delivery time frame and said that they would even take my mattress if I brought it down and picked up my new mattress if the new one came in earlier, which is unheard of! So after I visited another store in the area I came back and purchased from them because at the other store the gentleman who greeted me brushed me off since I wasnt going to purchase a $5k bed and I heard him pressuring a young newlywed couple into financing something they couldnt afford. I spent a little more than I was originally going too, but the customer service there was impeccable and he answered my 2000 questions with the patience of a kindergarten teacher I love my new bed! Plus the delivery guys were amazing! They made sure it wasnt too high for me with the boxspring before taking the plastic off and setting it all up for me! ! I will definitely recommend this place too all my friends and family!

Fabulous customer service from the first moment in the store in Monroe, all the way through the delivery. There was a delay in one of the beds arriving a day after we needed it for my parents new assisted living apartment and when I called, the person who answered the phone offered to have a different better bed delivered on time instead. When I told him he was my hero and I wanted to know his name, he said Tom, Im the owner. Wow! Dont go to a big anonymous box store, go where you get to know real human beings who will do what is needed to make you happy. At great prices!

Everyone at the store was amazing! Friendly and down to earth. Instead of trying to sell the most expensive he took the time and listened to what my issues and needs are and what I was looking for. As an added bonus they take and dispose of the old mattress at no charge. Oh and I got free delivery. I couldnt be more pleased. I really like contributing to local family owned and operated businesses, and they are totally worth contributing to!😇

Was disappointed by customer service as we walked in. A gentleman was on the phone and he gave a nod of acknowledgement. The guy sitting at counter said nothing and the lady in the office never looked out. The phone call took some time to complete. Once the call was done he came to help right away. My issue is the fact that neither of the other two people in the building could greet customers obviously waiting to be helped??? We bought somewhere else.

Just purchased an adjustable base and tempurpedic mattress from Tom at the Monroe location. It was a wonderful shopping experience! They set up and delivery was clean and quick and very professional. On time and knowledgeable. I recommend this store highly... shop here before you try to buy online or at a Costco or big chain... the personal touch is well worth it!!!

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday to purchase a new bed. We told the sales associate Kat what we were looking for and our price range. She was so knowledgeable about the products, answered any questions we had, and helped direct us to a bed we both could agree on. We both woke up this morning talking about how satisfied we were with our purchase and how amazing we slept! Tom and his team at Quality Sleep in Monroe have helped me select the correct mattress and pillows for my families sleep needs. Nice to have a consultive approach with questions about our sleep habits/positions and needs. I had no idea there were so many pillow options based on a side sleeper vs. back sleeper. Bottom line we were pleased with our experience, product choice, price and have recommended them extensively. Even got a nice dresser for my sons first college apartment, complete with delivery and set up.....what could be better!

I took my parents here to get a new mattress and was very impressed with the sales person who helped them. He explained very well all the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each. They are very happy with their new mattress. Great service and free delivery the next day. They even set up the mattress (and box spring if you get one) and take away the old ones! Great price too! Would recommend checking them out.

Tom and April really take the time to ask the right questions and figure out what will be best for you.It is also a very friendly atmosphere, unlike some other places I went to. There is no pressure at all.They also have employees who can deliver your bed to your home for you.They have an excellent staff who seem dedicated to providing great customer service.

BUYERS BE AWARETom finally emailed me after last update and is checking on getting my headboard fixed. Greatly appreciated. Just dont know why it took a week for any communication.***UPDATE: Now its been a week later since I originally contacted Tom. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail and still no response. I guess once they have your money they really dont care about the customer service afterwards. Really would have appreciated my headboard being fixed as they are the ones that damaged it and on top of that sold me a mattress that I didnt ask for and didnt know wasnt an option!*****UPDATE: So on Feb 5th I emailed Tom, owner, about my frustrations and about my damaged headboard and he expressed his apologies, but he also blamed me for the misinformation from his employees and told me I should have known what I was ordering. Pretty sure the employees are supposed to know what theyre talkin about and give me correct information. I dont know anything about mattresses and differences. That is their job. One thing that really bothered me in his email was, Which is why I am surprised that you are so upset about something that wasn’t an option to begin with.He also told me to send him pictures of the damages to my headboard and here we are 5 days later with no response about what theyre going to do to fix it. Tom also asked me to change my review to more accurately reflect the facts about what happened. All the facts are correct that I have stated. I am not happy about how Im being treated right now and that the owner has not even called me back about fixing my headboard.**Gave 5 stars previously because staff was great, but mattress being delivered now and I spent close to $5k on it and isnt what I thought I was getting. I wasnt informed that there is a difference between a king and queen dual Instant Comfort Number bed. Thought each side was completely adjustable and separate from each other, but it is not. Went to the Bellevue store and Monroe store and neither employee mentioned a difference even after all the questions and comments my mom and I made about it being separated in the middle. Super disappointed and hope the mattress is good because I cant return it.I called and spoke to the owner Tom about it and all he could say was Im sorry and you are getting a good mattress. Not the point if Im still getting a good mattress. It isnt what I thought I bought and I spent a lot of money.Oh, and my headboard was damaged also during the delivery. Now if it gets hit in that spot its going to crack all the way down the seam!

We have Tempur-Pedic Cool Breeze and it is AMAZING!!! We also invested in a Dream Fit Mattress Protector which saved us from buying a new bed. Our dog threw up on our one month old bed with the mattress protector on it and it protected it fully!!! Thank you Quality Sleep!!! ♥️💤

Tom was very helpful, and our experience in the store was easy and smooth. However, there were a few issues overall. I scheduled bed delivery for a Sunday, and when I hadnt heard from them as the delivery time window was almost up, I called the store and was told that we werent on the schedule...so another staff member failed to actually input us into the schedule. Tom was however helpful in getting it delivered the next day. The delivery guys got everything put together, but they got black smudges all over my wall that did not completely wipe off so now I have to repaint the wall...Also, it has been several weeks since our order and I have still not received the sheets that I ordered in the store. When I called, I was told they would be in at the end of the week and I can pick them up there, but when I ordered I was told they were being shipped to my house...I realize things happen, but there seems to be a lot of miscommunication/confusion, and the wall damage was rather disappointing when I expected professionalism.

Kat did a great job taking care of my family. The store has lots of options in the staff did an amazing job finding the mattress that fit best for my children. They love their new beds!

I took my 9-year-old son here to get him a new mattress. Tom treated my son with the exact same courtesy and respect hed give any other customer, leading my son in the decision-making process to find the right fit. My son is sleeping noticeably better on his new mattress. Ill happily come back again whenever I have bedding needs.

We had a great experience with the sales person, who was very patient helping us get the right mattress to help a family of back pain sufferers. We originally went with a firm but after a few weeks it wasnt really helping my wife so the salesperson helped us get a exchange for the perfect one we needed from the start. Great experience.

The team at both Kirkland and Monroe are exceptional. They accidentally delivered the wrong mattress and made it right within an hour. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 is I’ve had my mattress roughly 6 months and it’s no longer comfortable. When we first got it it was soft and enjoyable so no need or want to use their return option. But here we are just a few short months later and sadly I feel the pocketed springs just by laying down. Yes I admit we didn’t go high end but we were on a strict budget and got the one we thought would be best circumstantially speaking and unfortunately I just want to break up with my mattress already. But again the staff was great and I’d recommend them, just not this mattress. ( I can’t figure out how to respond to your response in google but to update you the order name is more than likely under my boyfriends name Steven Butler, hence why you can’t find my name) thank you :)

I called and asked about pricing on 2 box springs and they quoted a great price. I even called around to see what everyone was charging and they were the lowest. I stopped in to get the box springs with my 3 year-old son and they had a whole kids area set up in the store. After I had purchased the box springs my son did not want to leave. Suffice it to say they are very family-friendly. Great service and no pushy sales either. I will definitely recommend them and shop there more in the future as well.

I called after I saw a few mattresss on Craigslist. Tim was amazing over the phone; answered all of my questions and was very honest about what mattress would be right for me. I called around and did not experience the same type of customer service as I did with Quality Sleep. Their prices were amazing-plus free delivery.Since I live in Kirkland, Tim was able to do everything over the phone, which was an amazing time saver.I got my mattress the next day and couldnt be happier!Thanks guys for everything- YOUR ROCK!!!

I just needed a box spring for my daughter. She had just moved into a apt. out of her condo were she had had a Murphy bed. I walked in they helped me, choose the right one at a great price then loaded it in my van and out the door. The wife was so nice and knowledgeable, but the man didnt say much to us in the store and when my husband called to doulble check the delivery he was rude to him. Our matress is nice looking but not comfortable.This was a few years back that we purchased this matress. Im reviewing businesses that I have experienced in the area for google.
