Love Ace hardware as a whole with there selections and services offered. However, some are better at it than others. This one is lacking enthusiasm and charm.Im hooked on their pretzels! I buy them every two weeks for my clients who have gotten hookef on them as well. Theyre called Dots.Give em a try.As for St Pierres Ace hardware. I just dont care for the staff on most visits. Some are helpful but make you feel rushed, others dont speak, much less smile. Needs work in customer service.Also, as a member of the Monroe family, I have zero respect for the St. Pierre founders family who started this store. Havent shopped there in 15 years or more because of it until recently.

Simply sterling service, the sales and support staff at St. Pierre Ace Hardware are a cut above for sure. Twice today I needed help with an electrical project and they didnt stop helping until I had it right and my project was done and done right.Just cant say thanks enough!!!

Love going to both our local Ace stores. The employees are always helpful, really friendly and great attitudes. They may not have as much stock as the big box stores, but its much more convenient. They do have some killer deals from time to time too.

Has any machine screw or tool or fitting you could want but be prepared to pay out the nose for anything in ACE. good god, double for everything. a few deals on non hardware items hardly make up for getting bent over every single time you go in.

I wanted to support local stores during the Covid situation. This is yet another Ace Hardware that tolerates having rude, condescending, lazy employees. The older, long term employees here are terrible to deal with! The younger employees seen fine but lack the knowledge base to be helpful. Our choices are limited in Monroe but if suggest you go elsewhere!

Good place. I would go back. I often forget its where it is, and usually end up going to Lowes or home depot.

Locally owned ACO affiliated hardware store. Windows repaired, keys cut. Custom paint colors. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff to answer questions. Easier to get in and out than with the big box stores. Now carrying Craftsman tools.

Workers here are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a lot of selection. The prices are high compared to the big box stores, but it is easy to get in get what you need and check out. I wish they were open later on weekends for those last minute needs when working on projects.

Clearance rack out front before you walk in. There were a few decent deals. The store prices were pretty expensive compared to Menards. Do yourself a favor and compare prices.
