More times than not when I have a pickup order it gets pushed back. Not a few hours but the next day. When I go to pickup my order after it has been moved I still wind up waiting for over an hour without any one telling me why! They never apologize or offer discounts or anything, I understand they are busy and understaffed but I feel like if I wait over an hour to get my groceries that have already been pushed back a day that it’s unacceptable. Not to mention I had one of the Kroger brand lunchable things and the turkey looked raw in the middle… it was pink and flaky even if it was fully cooked it looked disgusting and had to be thrown away. Even tho I have filed a complaint I have yet to hear anything back.

I have gone to Kroger many times for curb side pick up and had good service. Today was not that day. I chose a pick up time from 1-2pm the prior day. I was texted that my time was pushed back to 2-3pm pick up. I arrived shortly after 2pm to be told my order was 45 minutes out and I had two choices wait or the employee would call me. I told him to call me. I did not receive a call and called myself at 6:15pm. I was told by the Curb Side Manager that my order had been ready and the employee had not told her to call me. Neither the employee or the Curb Side Manager followed up with a call. When I picked up my groceries it took 15 minutes to have them brought to my car and I only had $5 taken off for my inconvenience. I waited 15 more minutest to talk to the Curb Side Manager and was told $5 was all she was allowed to take off my order per the Store Manager. I will be going up to the store this week to speak to the Store Manager about this experience.

Great place to deposit your bottles. Typically I deposit at the Meijer, but these days they close up shop with no warning or explanation, so here I am at Kroger. Line was short. Only 5 minutes or so of waiting. Machine accepted all 164 of my cans. Left with $16.40!

I had excellent service with an employee named Chris I believe. He was very polite and gave me $10 off my order for the wait. They were working very hard to get orders out to cars as quickly as possible.

Well Ill start off by saying that I was actually pretty impressed with Kroger and I thought it was nice and clean and everyone in there was very nice and helpful and it was a very pleasant atmosphere and the ambiance was just right. Also the deli was well stocked with all of the delicious sides-o-noodle salad creations and delicious cuts of ham and turkey and chicken and roasted papaya and fried Lamb Chop and New York strip steaks and Ribeyes and T-Bones and everything you can imagine. I even had backstrap from a fresh deer. I was very surprised that their paté was top-notch. I was overcome with strange Sensations all over my body they were making me tingle and feel like lightning bolts were flying out of my arms and legs because the food was so delicious and it lit my nervous system afire. I will always return to this store when I need delicious food items, I forsake any other store under any other conditions and I will loyal to this Kroger for the rest of my life and I will name my firstborn child Kroger and he will be a valiant conqueror and he will change the world by making Kroger the best in the world. Good products with good prices. Like the valued loyalty coupons I receive and I like the fuel program. Wish theyd update their old bottle machines. Usually have sale items in stock. Staff is friendly but store is laid out kind of odd. Frequently has good sales. The store has been remolded and has uniformed security guard. Parking isnt the greatest and neither is the parking lot layout. The Pharmacy staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I would recommend shopping here.

For the last 2 months they do not have Pete’s coffee. Now I have to go to Meijer’s to get it.

Be mindful of the time they close as I was heading into the store ten till 11pm and courtesy of the rent a cop was to race and lock both doors then turn around as if he didnt see me. Would recommend any other store un the area after that experience.

Very disappointed with the service I received. I did an online order pickup for between 5-6. They called me and said it won’t be ready until 6 which is fine. I get there at exactly 6pm and did my check in. 20 mins goes by I call to ask if their behind or what was going on. I was on the phone waiting for someone for over 20 mins finally someone’s answers they kept directing me to the department and no one would answer. Finally I called and spoke to someone and they said only 2 people were working that department so their behind. NO warning or anything about anything going on. They had a line up of cars leaving. They just lost a bunch of money and business by not informing their customers of the back up and having no communication. Very upset... cancelled my order and won’t be back.

This Kroger is the worst Ive been to. First of all multiple people with no masks or not covering their nose. Parking lot is dirty. Food selection is pretty good tho and employees are trying and working hard.

Great Kroger with lots of parking and friendly staff. Clean store. Ben at self checkout helped calm my baby while I checked out and handled the different customers needs quickly and pleasantly.Lots of sales and discounted items. I bought some yogurt and ice cream for 50 cents and 99 cents, regularly marked 1.29 and 3.99. They still have many days left till expiration.I like that Kroger has shopping carts with the car seat carrier attached, so that it leaves lots of room for groceries and securely holds baby.

I arrived 5 minutes before they closed and they would not let me in to get tampons. So I got to bleed all over myself for the next 12 hours. Thanks

Thankful to have them so close to our home. Always convenient to run in quickly and easily snag what we need.

This Kroger has treated me with respect and kindness for the last year and 3 quarters or something like that.

Very disappointed in their pick up process. I ordered groceries for pick up between 9am and 10am. They call and say they arent ready and to come back at 1pm. I not only wait for a pick up parking spot, but once I finally get theyre be are bringing groceries to people parked in the normal parking lot. I waited 1 whole hour for my groceries that were supposed to be ready by 9 am. Horrible system.They took money off my purchase for the wait and inconvenience which was nice of them but I just wish they would fix the problem. This isnt the first time this has happened to me here. Just fix the system!

I strongly suggest not using this Krogers pharmacy. Time and time again, they dont have either my prescriptions or the prescribed quantities in stock, this is with me calling ahead days beforehand to have the scripts refilled. Today (4/16/20) they filled 80% of my script, and told me they didnt know when I could get the rest filled. Spoke to a manager, to have him tell me, Well, we havent been able to get hand sanitizer in stock in 4 weeks, so I dunno what to tell you. This is not what someone who is relying on your pharmacy for life saving medications, should be told when their script is shorted.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager of click list, Danielle. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct and if it isn’t she makes sure she fixes it.

I was very upset to see that Kroger is rounding up the totals on my bill. In my case, the bill was 117.99 and it was rounded up to 118.00 Is this because of Covid19? Im very interested to know why the surcharge all of a sudden. The cashier did not mention I was rounded up for a charity cause and I was not asked to donate.

Very unclean, unfriendly and unprofessional. My click list order is always pushed back and when I do come I still end up waiting for over an hour. I have watched workers bagging click list orders while sitting on the ground and spit out the door where everyone is walking. Call management and all John has to says is uhh huh

Store looked nice neat clean. Customer service girl was funny fast and polite. She had a long line and no help!!! You need to address this. Cashiers very personable and dressed neat. Bagger was nice and efficient!! Great work to all. Please pass this on.

I liked it better when it was smaller.. But Kroger has great sales and if you watch their ads and use the digital coupons.. You can get some great deals!

Rita at the checkout went the extra mile to take care of my troublesome order. I even forgot my wallet but she had it bagged up and held in the walk in for me. Everyone at the store is super nice and helpful, very happy to have them in my neighborhood. Great deals, too!

Look at when their busiest time is. We all can see when their busiest time is. Yet on a consistent basis they have one cashier at that time. There are plenty of workers there they must not be able to run a register.The parking lot is poorly designed unless you are in drivers training for the end times. You can feel the road rage building up in their customers.

Some of the rudest cashiers of all the grocery stores around. The one I had today, Teresa, just may really be that rude to not even say hello or perhaps shes just a mute. I usually end up bagging my own groceries as well, its just easier than bothering the incompetent staff wandering around with stupid looks on their faces.

Went in to purchase some catfish... Placed my order and came back the fish was sitting on the scale with flies all over it...when I proceeded to ask for different fish..he advised me lady flies land on stuff...I just got here I dont have time for this I advised him I did not want the fish and proceed to walk away..turned around and he put the fish back in the display case...I then waved for another employee to get me a manager who arrived and said he would talk to him but did I see the free water they were giving away at the front of the store...needless to say...I will be doing my shopping at Meijer and Wal-Mart from here on out...thank you Kroger for the learning experience

Was just there a couple of hours ago and the employees arent even practicing social distances. My wife and I left in discuss because seems like Kroger doesnt care that some of us want to be safe when we have to get groceries.

I mean. Its Kroger. U know so its not an awful environment but the staff are lazy as ever. Every time I go I have to bag my own groceries while employees are sitting on the benches by the checkout watching me do their job.

I am really getting used to shopping here. They really offer a large choice of everything. I think their produce is rather high and they dont carry Boars Head products.

I went to find my diabetic husband some kind of s/f candy. They had 3 small bags of Russell Stover mints. I made a complaint to the Manager and though he was pleasant. He just tried to convince me I was wrong. Go look!

Good on meats. The whipped topping cakes are good. Other things are a bit over priced if you do not use their loyalty program. I do. Its always clean.

Wal-Mart may be cheaper on items, but employees and selection here are very good.Clean, fresh and excellent selection for most items. Many carts need replaced and separate carts just for the bottle returns. Literally have to clean the cart before using if youre not picky and ensure it passes the smell and sticky test! Yep, gross!

My mother went to Kroger to get some fish and the person working left the fish on the counter with flies flying around. Went to the back and flies landed on it. She asked for new fish and was told that flies land on stuff so deal with it. He made a fuss about it cussing and being rude and got her new fish yes but then put the old fish that flies landed on back to resale. Didn’t know Kroger finds this service acceptable. We will no longer be shopping at Kroger. I would also recommend not getting your seafood from this location. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Accidentally grabbed a bottle of spiced rum vs. regular. Tried to return 5 minutes later. Was told very rudely that there was no returns on any alcohol product. Im okay with a store policy however, did not expect or understand the attitude.

I am not happy with the forcing of customers to use self check out after a certain time. I do not use the self check out. I will now definitely be looking to an alternative to shopping there.

Girl at gas station is very rude. Cant see her name tag or id say her name!!She needs to be aware juat because i cant hear you doesnt mean i cant read lips!

One of the nicest Kroger I have been into, nice big store, well kept up and clean and good deal on chocolate cake (that tasted really good too). Definitely a store to visit for grocery shopping.

I always love going to Kroger. Really busy location. Normally has most things you might be looking for. Generally friendly staff. Would definitely recommend as a place to shop regularly.

Pharmacy was quick, and aisles are well labeled and wide. Im not a huge fan of the fresh produce/deli side of the store due to the layout. Lots of little islands of stuff and not as easy to navigate.

Nice local Kroger. Decent selection. Im not happy that their natural food selection is not all in one area anymore. Its also sad that a grocery store requires visible security must have lots of trouble with customers.

Love the new finished layout! Had not been since the renovations. Prices were average and the parking was not well renovated. Hopefully that is just yet to be addressed.

This location is always busy, especially after remodeling. Usually on Fridays they have something free, like chips or juice. Love their gas and loyalty programs.

The cashier I just unfortunately had to deal with was a snotty girl. I asked her to check if an item was on sale, since I was unsure and she decided it would be a good idea to roll her eyes at me. When I asked to speak to the manager, he came over and I explained the situation. I didnt even get a fake apology. Wow, what a terrible way to represent the company, and HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would have.

I enjoy the sales they run like, Buy five selected items throughout the store and save five dollars and those five items are also at a sale price. Their store is clean and the items are grouped together in a way that makes sense, at least to me it does lol.

Zero stars is more like it. Isles are messy. The remodel was not done properly. No consideration to customers. Security is clueless at night. Night management closes the only labeled entrance and forces customers to walk around to the side to grab any carts. Absolutely poor design. Poor management. Poor employees. Other Krogers are much nicer. Heroin and crack pipes in parking lot. Yuck.

The Monroe store has gone down hill! The click list associates block the aisles & are rude & if you say excuse me they ignore you or act as if you are an inconvenience to them. The only people worse are the exasperated woman at self checkout, who acts as if you are bothering her if she has to assist in any way, and the women at the service desk are the rudest of all! They dont say hello or ask how to help you, theyre too busy socializing, they are snarky and irritated by everything! The cashier and bagger, and the produce associates were the only friendly, helpful employees I encountered. I had tried to ask three separate people for help...and was ignored! Im done with Kroger, they are overpriced anyway.

Waited in the bottle return line for 30 minutes. 2/6 machines were working while the others just needed emptied. I asked an employee to take care of it and she replied I dont know gave me a dirty look and walked away. HoweverThey do have a broad range of products that I have not seen in other krogers.Bottle return department.... 0 stars. Get on it. Thank you.

Dont come here for meat! The meat shelves are sparse, slim pickings and its like that every time Ive been there. The meat counter has little to choose from, a few pieces of old dry beef. The ancient man at the meat counter, Joe? Is rude and miserable. Stay away!

Their bags suck so I dont shop there as often. They sell items ten for ten dollars when Wal-Mart sells same items 50% less. They double the price and offer buy one and get second one free. They think people are stupid.Im not the only one that recognizes how they rip off people because there are many people that speak of these same things and are going to start posting it on line. It will be your own fault for for being so dishonest to your customers.

I like going to kroger somwtimes for the points towards cheaper fuel, however their cost are often on the high side even with coupons and membership card. I give 3 stars since the weight difference between discounts in fuel dont always outweigh the high cost in the store. If places like Meijer would give fuel points that could be used for discounts at the pump then I wouldnt shop at Kroger.

This store was recently remodeled. It offers many products and a comfortable atmosphete. It lives up to the other Kroger and King Supers stores I have visited. The parking lot here is poorly designed, its very congested.

Try the Home Chef meal kits, they are great.

I get a few groceries there. I also try to buy saint Paulie girl beer. Once in a while they have a six pack or two. I havent been able to purchase a whole case ( 4 six packs ) . That said I went to hilights and got 2 six packs there and Broadway market for one more six pack.

Ok for a quick grocery trip, but not really a one-stop-shop. Variety and quality is lacking. Store is small and a little dingy. Going after dark starts to risk your safety. Nice that it is open 24 hours though.

Clean place, I love using clicklist but have had difficulty with the return of items when bringing it back. I picked up clicklist on 2/27/18 at 6pm. I then returned all the meat on 3/1/18 because it expired on the 2/28/18 and 3/1/18. I was told that was two days and is plenty of time for it to still be good when they gave it to me. I’m not sure how you’re supposed to use a weeks worth of meat in two days.

The last two times I have gone to this Kroger the waiting time for the deli has been way too long. Today it took over 20 minutes to get a pound of ham and a pound of chicken. There were two people in front of me and one gotten two different meats and the other hot 2 pounds of ham. They both knew exactly what they wanted as did I. There were 2 girls working, however they were more concerned about washing their clothes, days off and people they knew then to provide the customer service that I expect from a grocery store.I dont think I will be going back to Kroger, especially for any deli products. I have received much better service from both Meijer and Walmart.I will give them my business they seem to appreciate me more.

I hate coming to this Kroger, solely for the fact that the parking lot is always a nightmare! Its hit or miss on getting a parking space, so I play it safe and park far out away from all the traffic and madness!!

We like shopping at kroger but we go to toledo instead of one in monroe. The parking lot is terrible to get in out of store.

Deli counter is soo slow. There were 6 people in line and 5 people behind the counter. 1 person was waiting on customers while the remaining were slicing meat and cheese for prepackaged. Finally another customer saw a manager and commented. The manager quickly told an employee to wait on customers which she did with a whole lot of attitude. Lines are always ridiculously long. If it wasnt for a few good deals I wouldnt have stepped foot in the store.

I was never a Kroger person until now, I went in for a few groceries, while walking around my 2 year old fell asleep in the cart (he was kind of hanging backwards over the back of the seat) so in the check out lane which didnt take long at all, I picked up my son so his head wasnt in the way of the bagger lady, when I was done the lady took my cart and offered to push it out to my car for me even when I told her I was more than capable of carrying my son and pushing the cart she still insisted she help. Even though it might not seem like much it was thoughtful and helpful. I will definitely be doing the rest of my shopping at kroger.

The woman who work in the pharmacy at this (monroe) kroger are the worst so rude for no reason. I will drive 20 min to another just so I dont have to deal with the attitude I get here! Why is it they always want to try and over ride the DR as if they have personal issues they are bringing to the table? I love the one on secore and sterns they are so sweet👍
