Like the store, just wish they have better marketing experts to know they are way too expensive compared to the next door stores. So they better lower their prices and compete rather than throw away most of their food, produce and beef, etc.

Clean, shelves are straight and organized. Cashier was efficient and friendly

I ordered grocery pick up. They had several openings for the same day. The shopper communicated with me about evey substitution. When I arrived at the store. The associate was friendly and quick.

Oh really friendly and I really liked it I didnt have to ask for an hour to be opened up they were like six cards in the Short line and three people ahead of me with full buggies and only two cashiers and the manager opened up and said you can come over here but Im used to them having manager special when we get our freezer meat oh my God but the one down in Monroe down in Monroe it is always got meats on sale the stuff is even different but thats okay its still I just I didnt like it later all foods going to do it. And you know its clean but I went in the bathroom and it wasnt just a couple hours left you could tell that nobody had managed it all day and it was nasty they was supposed to be somebody in her cleaning it with the door propped open nobody ever come out for 10 minutes and so I shut the door I wouldnt use the bathroom and come out nobody was still there but she had the door blocked while I moved the buggy I had to use the bathroom anyway other than that you know the overall cleanliness of the store was okay I would say it was 1 to 10 and Im just not used to going in food Lion it being that nasty the bathroom but you know things happen short staffed on the weekends so anyway but I was kind of upset when I told a guy I said you know yall dont even sanitize even though you dont have to and he said no we dont have the funds to do it were not told to and because it just wastes our employees times and money lol anyway thank you for the review

Very helpful and friendly personnel. I dont know the gentlemans name in the frozen foods that helped me find an item, but he is an excellent ambassador for FL. The store is very clean and neat.

I had a great experience today at food lion. I asked if I could get a couple streaks cut and absolutely no problem. Also they brought out snow crab legs on special and I was able to take advantage of that as well.

Food Lion is my usual go to when Im hunting for groceries in Monroe. Best part is theres about 3 of them within a 5 mile radius so you wont be lacking in options.Try the mini bananas, theyre like bananas but smaller.

Fast service. The fastest Ive seen yet at a Food Lion. They had 12 registers and 10 of them were open. The others Ive been in would only have 3 or 4 registers open out of 12 to 15 registers.

I just recently moved and this is a new store for me people there very friendly and very helpful

The store is fine. My problem is the cashier. I was putting in my phone number and she does something on the register to delete that option. I never got a hello how are you. I never got a thank you. I dont even think I got a total. It was like I had an automated service ringing me with no customer service skills. My time of visit was at 6pm and I was at register 5. Please someone fix her problem because I dont have the patience for that.

Basic grocery store. I gave 5 stars bc the people are so friendly

People here are really nice to deal with. Some of the stockers are not very knowledgeable which is why I gave 4 of 5 stars. The manager always seems to be out stocking and interacting with customers. I really like him a lot! He makes sure things are running smoothly.

Food Lion is my go-to store they have low prices and just about everything in the world that I would need to stop for and the grocery sales

The store is clean for the most part, and the cashiers and other staff are all friendly and respectful. Going into the store there was a worker standing there asking everyone that came in if they would like a mask to wear, but they did not force anyone who did not want to wear one. The only negative thing about store was that the shelves where pretty bare in ALOT of places. Overall its a nice store.

Food Lion for the most part has great staff. The food choices (brands) are ever changing, so it is sometimes difficult to reproduce a favorite meal when an item is no longer carried at your grocery store.

Love it, family atmosphere..but there is one manager whos very very judgemental about a persons in the store fallows my wife around cause shes black and dresses poorly and thinks that shes going to steal the manager im talking about is a blonde heavy set lady who had me fallowed into the bathroom by 6 other employees as soon as she found that i was Latino (cuban ) so shop but carefully and dress well to go the cause you will be profiled by her

Very clean and friendly environment. Employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and were very helpful when needed. Would definitely shop there if I lived in Monroe.

Always enjoy doing my grocery shopping. Every single employee goes above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. Especially a big shout out to those Deli Ladies, Ashley Sam Karen also Brian in dairy you rock it everytime I come in. Cole always has big welcoming smile. Nancy, Courtney, Jasmine and Kennedy brighten up the front keep on going on everybody and God Bless every single one of you.

Get in ...get out...I ripened this display😇! Better staff here than most Food Lion stores....they dont know (or care? )about basic stuff....I try to share my knowledge. Not the most concerned people...

Clean store

Cashiers are nice, store is clean and fully stocked. They do a good job managing the lines when they start backing up. All the workers have mastered speaking to the customers when they pass by. Good job Foodlion!

Shop here all the time,first time I was disappointed the large lemon were sad shape for 79 cents each only found 2 worth buying.

I found everything I was shopping for on Wednesday. Wonderful!

They get rid of good items like Cucumber Ranch Dressing and said they quit making it but I called Kraft and they said they still make it. It one of many products they dont carry that customers like.

Food Lion is an adequate grocery store chain. Nothing special. They carry popular brands but not a wide selection of specialty products. Their prices are mixed. Some lower, some higher than their upper tier competitors. Food Lion is a peer to Bi-Lo in this market.

Customer service at this location seems to be getting better and better. Very pleased with my latest visit.

Stopped by to get a few things, store is clean, items are easy to find. There is a young man that hasnt been there long, but he is friendly, engaging and is very efficient.

It is great as a run to the store. I went to purchase brand name, Hunts when I noticed ONLY Foodlion brand. What happened to choices. Every Foodlion brand I as a consumer dont want to be coerced to buy. I will do monthly shopping elsewhere ☹️☹️
