Went here years ago. Had thieves here steal money from me by lying saying I was short on my payment. He was using a sleight of hand technique, taking $20.00 from me each time I came back. He kept lying, I kept being confused, and got taken advantage of. They also fleece you by giving you far less than the market value of your merchandise. Do NOT use ANY Cash American Pawn Shop.

About half the staff is actually helpful. However the half that does try, seems to make up for it. They have affordable prices on in trend or life style amenities and products. If you would like to know also, if you have made a pawn, you may pay any portion of the Total Payment Due at any of the franchise locations. Helps if you happen to be closer to another one, and adds to convenience factor. As with any business, expect ups and downs.. but in a good general summary.. 4 Stars, a little better than most alternatives while still having plenty of room for progress. Overall positive experience.

Came here yesterday and waited 35 minutes for someone to speak to me about a pistol for sale. Left and decided to call later. Called this morning waited on hold for 18 minutes then someone hung up on me. Called about 45 minutes later put on hold again for 22 minutes and then someone hung up again. All I wanted was a price for unmarked gun.
