Went there for the first time a few weeks ago to turn in some games we dont play anymore. They were very friendly and I got 70.00 for my games! Will definitely go there again.

Selection is decent for a small store, but everything is priced similar to eBay. Offer lower trade values compared to other stores. Weird staff members with poor customer service skills and attitudes to match.

The Monroe location isnt as stocked as Reynolds or Alexis. But once in a while you can find a gem.

Severely price gouging. Went in for a pokemon 3ds game and was told it cost $150.00. Looked on line and found in bran new for $54.00. Was told its because of covid which is total bull

Replay is a great place staffed with excellent individuals who care about video games and other media formats. They have fair pricing for the games as well as for trade ins. I always recommend going in there if to just look around.

Justin is the man! Love this place. As a flipper, Im here quite often and i can say ive had mainly positive visits. Replay of Toledo set the bar high, well at least the original alexis location, and monroe hasnt missed a step at all. Justin is dope, Brad is.... well hes Brad. The girl im unsure of her name but shes super cool as well. Very informed staff, very helpful. I highly recommend. Easily one of the top 3 BEST video game stores in the midwest ;) lol

Needs more stuff....very cheaply done....not much selection of games for ps4 or no collectable toys....hardly any game systems....step it up guys....you have 3 stores to ship products to and from.

Overall, really great place. From low priced movies, harder to find things, and a WIDE selection of movies/games, theres really no reason to go to Gamestop.From my own personal experience as a flipper, its a great place as well. I usually bring a decent amount of items in to sell and theyve been tremendous as far as a fair price (which keeps my wife happy n allowing me to keep flipping!).All the workers so far have been incredible, with one exception (and its entirely possible he was having a bad day, who knows, but still cant take it out on loyal frequent customers).I walked in on a Sunday, more than an hour from closing time. I was instantly greeted with a sigh by Brad, the only employee there. Upon seeing how much we had he said with pure annoyance in his yeah, Im not gonna be able to take them today. I gotta still finish this trade in and i just dont got time. (Keep in mind theres still over an hour until close). So i told him we had no problem waiting until he was done with that trade in no need to rush and was responded to yet more annoyance (while his Facebook messenger continued going off repeatedly, so i must have been keeping him from a conversation more important than his job) while he replied yeah, like i said, Im not gonna have time to do it today. You wanna leave them here for tomorrow, feel free not its not happening today. So i mentioned just how often we are there, making clear how much inventory comes from me, and how im there well in advance of close, and now the annoyance from BRAD was BLATANT while saying (loudly and in front of other customers, which was humiliating to me in front of my kids) Look man, Im not OBLIGATED to buy your stuff! Almost implying that im a bother, a nuisance and desperate (of which none are the case lol). So i said its cool man. Ill just drive to Toledo. Whats your name btw so i know who im dealing with here? To which he replied DONT WORRY ABOUT MY NAME. Its cool then Ill just talk to (the owner) and (the main manager, both im tremendously cool with) and Mr. Customer Service replied dont waste your time, Ill call her myself then proceed to maybe call maybe not?Oh? Really? Ok Brad.So i guess my review wants to make clear 3 things.1) Replay of Monroe (and Toledo) is AMAZING. I love doing business with them. I highly recommend2) 99.999999% of the staff are ETHICAL, GREAT, VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED, AND CARING.3) I will NOT return to the Monroe location at any point if BRAD is working. (Amazing i know his name, since he never gave it to me). I was there yesterday, only to drive to Toledo once i seen he was working. I wont be treated like a bother, a nuisance, a begger, nor a bum. And Brad did all the above. Ill stay in Toledo and only visit monroe when Brad isnt working. Feel free to experience his greatness yourself but dont be surprised when its less than stellar.

Bought controller.... Returned for floating sticks. Was told they are brand new. Got another floating stick. Threw it at the wall. This aint the replay from Toledo if you ask me
