Took about a week to ship but the product and packaging are very good. Once shipped it only took a few days. A lot of complaints about shipping/communication but I think hes doing the best he can with all the orders.

I have made a total of 8 orders/preorders for an amount of about $945 CAD (=785 USD), and I am really happy with what I got and will get for my money! All of those orders are Sega related (mainly Genesis/MD, but also SMS, GG, and Saturn). They have A LOT of exclusive products you will find nowhere else! Their products are extremely well packaged. I never had to pay for import fees, taxes, or duties (so far). The only downside is that they are really slow to ship your orders, and it takes a while to get to the destination. Part of that is obviously not their fault (Covid), but I do wish they would ship stuff a bit faster.In the end, though, it is totally worth it, and will remain a go to place of mine for a long time!

Bought an item but never received it. Tracking shows no delivery attempted but yet they still wont refund me. This place is a theif. Dont buy from here.
