I have a garage full of bugs every morning... Done paid them two times. Now they tell me nothing else they can do. We have found another way to try to fix it. I have to say they are trying to work with me. I will try anything to not open the garage door and bugs 🐜 everywhere

Your company recently repaired my garage door that would not close. I wanted you to know that I was so impressed with your employee, Shane, who was very knowledgeable and quickly repaired the problem that had plagued me for months! Due to the age of my garage, I had prepared myself for the possibility that I may need to replace all or part of the garage door and motor. Very pleased with the service we received from Overhead Door, Monroe, LA and the 2 techs, Troy and Carlton. I called on Monday morning after a terrible ice storm for service on our garage doors. I expected it would be several days before they came, but to our surprise Troy and Carlton showed up that afternoon, after finishing another job early which was 30 miles away, to take care of us. They were both extremely professional and polite and fixed our problem right away.

I used them in the past and they were really good; however, this last time I cancelled with them because the technician was not friendly and would not give me a specific time when he would arrive.

Charlton and Chris came out this morning and installed a new door on our shop. They were very professional and quick. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had an emergency and needed my door repaired ASAP. Megan got someone to me within an hour! She was kind and thoughtful. Cody showed up and was very polite and got my car out in no time. Would recommend them to anyone!

I had a spring on my garage door break over the weekend. I made a call to Amanda about 9:30 This morning and Tink was here quickly and had my door fixed up and even made it the door almost silent!! I couldnt be more pleased with the courtesy and professionalism these folks provide with their service! Definitely recommended!!

They were very polite when I called about a garage door that quit working. Since it was right before the weekend they got me scheduled for Monday. Tech called first thing Monday to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter. He let me know what the problem was (my unit was reeeaaallly old and needed replacing) and was able to replace the unit while he was here. Once he got it replaced, he took the time to explain how it all worked. He was super nice! I would definitely recommend this company

The staff has always been so friendly and willing to answer my questions. Emergency service does cost more but thats sort of a given. The person I spoke to explained the added cost in detail.

I have never had this poor of customer service with a company. They have had my money for over a month and still have not replaced my garage door. Have made multiple install dates that they did not show up for even with the install time confirmed. Would recommend any other company

I recently decided I wanted my garage door opener replaced. The unit was a good one but it had received many years of heavy use and was showing it. I called Overhead Door Company of Monroe at the end of the business day on a Thursday. I spoke to Megan who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The opener I wanted was not in stock but Megan said as soon as the unit arrived I would be contacted. The next Monday morning I received a call from Ryan who was ready to come to my residence. By lunch time my new opener (including a new rail and and control panel) was installed. Two weeks later the opener is still working well. I am very pleased.

Awesome customer service & prompt repair. Friday 6/22 8am I called on behalf of the business I work for and spoke to Megan about our roll-up door being jammed open and needed someone to come get it back on track so it would shut. She told me all the technicians had already left heading out of town on a job but would try to see if she could help. She realized this door being open possibly all weekend was urgent, so she contacted a technician to see if he would re-route before he got too far away. Within less than an hour the technicians arrived & repaired the door. The guys were very professional and courteous and got us back in business very quickly. When you are in a pinch you always want to find a company that can give quick, professional service. With Overhead Door Company I received just that. I recently had to replace one of my garage doors as it literally ate itself! I called Overhead Door of Monroe who sent a representative to my home to give me an estimate. The price was most reasonable and my doors arrived well within the 3 week time frame. The two installers were outstanding and most professional. Gave me tips on preventive maintenance. I will most definitely order my second replacement door from them in the very near future. Patty called as well checking on the install and quality of the product. Outstanding customer support!

Poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced . I’ll never spend another dollar with this company.Tried charging me for emergency service 165$ waited 2hrs Had to call bck only to be told that someone would be out later today. Wht kinda emergency service is this. price didn’t include fixing the door..

They do not provide quality service. Their products are warranty for 30 days then you have to pay for work done even though it has never worked right in the first place

I used Overhead Door Company to service and replace parts of an existing door at our home in Rayville. The person I spoke with was very nice and accommodating in scheduling my appointment. The service guy called me 30 min before my appointment and arrived on time and was very professional. He explained and showed me in detail as to what the problem was, and repaired it. No hidden nor additional cost after he finished.Was very pleased with their work and the ladies in billing. Was obvious they know their business.

Overall experience is VERY UNSATISFACORY. The owner/operator lady was very unprofessional. When we initially contacted them for our garage door repair, she was very prompt. We paid advance for parts and very told 2 weeks. 4 weeks and 3 phone calls later, there was no promptness or professionalism. On the contrary, she was very impolite and demanded payment without any glimpse of apology for the delay. I say, keep them as your LAST CHOICE!!!!
