Monroe Aluminum is a great company. Family owned and operated for years. When it comes to customer service, you cant ask for a better company. They gave me and my business a chance, when everybody else didnt want to waste their time because we were so small. As an owner of a small construction company, im only as good as my employees and my suppliers. Monroe aluminum makes my life alot easier. As far as Rob, hes a young, very professional sales rep, who goes out of his way for all of his customers. I call the guy 10 times a day, from 600am - 700pm.

Rob in sales is unprofessional and will not do what he tells you hes going to do. Tried to order metal from Rob for over two weeks, he wouldnt return calls and when we finally got in touch with Rob on the phone, he came up with excuses as to why he couldnt do his job. Counter staff is not friendly, company makes you feel insignificant if you are not one of their preferred contractors ordering large amounts of material. Take your business elsewhere to avoid the hassle and delay.
