Nice store, didnt have what I was looking for though. I was looking at furniture also and two employees were helping one customer and never asked me if I needed help. Overall experience was okay.

The carts are Not allowed outside. The wheels lock automatically.

Today was the first time someone made me feel like my money wasnt good enough to spend here.

Great parking friendly clerk and lots of options

The furniture manager was sooo nice and helpful. She really took time to see what I needed and wanted. Asking me questions and made sure she had a picture in her head to help me look for new furniture for my house. Took time and was very nice. She is definitely under appreciated. She did all that, made sure they had what I wanted, and even loaded every thing up by herself. I’m so thankful to have such an amazing experience! Definitely will be shopping there again!

A good and clean place to shop at and we found what we needed at the time.

As a truck driver, this place is easy to get in and out of and also the people here are very nice to deal with and are very helpful.

Love the selection but not the prices

This store is so clean!! Jose helped me with picking out a comfortable king mattress. He did not rush me and took the time to helpmy mother sign up for the easy leasing. He was very polite and patient with me and my elderly mother. We will definitely be back due to the service we received at this store. Awesome team at the Monroe NC Big Lots😃

Big Lots in Monroe now looks more like a home store with so many decor choices. Employees were friendly and helpful. Plus get a Big lots card to get extra savings, sale and coupon email.

This location has been remodeled. They seem to have acquired the space nextdoor and now have a huge warehouse. The place was nice, clean and open. I found more items, than I would have liked, with no prices. Employees were friendly and checkout was prompt.

I was so glad that they were putting up Halloween I cant wait

I often have issues with Big Lots not being clean or well organized so much so I thought it was just how they operated. This store is different. It is clean and well organized. I will return in the future.

Looking for half book cases. Did not find.

The prices here seem somewhat higher than they used to be. Dont expect to pay less than you would at Wal-Mart. Things arent as orderly as Id like at times. This is particularly true in the bedding/draperies department. For example, if you find a set of curtains you like, and you need two of them, be prepared to dig for awhile to find another. I especially like the garden and patio department. They have nice decorative items and a nice selection of flower pots and plant stands.

Nice inventory. Safety measures in place but not enough staff to handle the customers especially at check out.

Big Lots has been remodeled nicely. Merchandise and food goods are displayed with care and ease. You can shop much easier as soon as you step into store. Come over and see for yourselves.

Outdoor products are phenomenal!!

Big Lots is like a more expensive Dollar Tree. You get quantity for not necessarily quality depending on what you purchase, that is, if the item has a price tag on it. However, if you do some digging you may just fine something of value to you with a fair price tag to match!

Its ok. Large selection of furniture that looks nice. I mostly go for the snack foods. They have a good selection of healthy treats like organic nuts and dried berries, also they have these bags of root chips that are really good for less than 2 bucks per bag. They also have coconut oil for cheap.

Nice place to shop. Always have something or another on sale that catches my attention.

They have really spiffed up this location. Its much more attractive inside now and more conducive to shopping. However, only 3 stars due to a lot of items are not really bargains. Much better pricing at walmart and food lion on some things. You have to know your prices.

This is a good place to visit if you are searching for discount goods. I noticed that several of the items I was considering purchasing did. It have displayed prices. Also, there are items available for purchase at all Big Lots Ive visited that are cheaper elsewhere, sometimes significantly less expensive.

I love this Big Lots. The store is always clean and easy to get through. Im excited to see the new items theyll have each time I visit. Great prices too.

I am not a regular shopper at Big Lots...but I must say the store in Monroe has recently been remodeled and it is nice! Everything from A-Z...bright lighting, well merchandised, and wide aisles. Friendly staff too!

This was the first time I went to a Big lots and i was pleasantly happy. They have a great selection of all sorts of things,they have little ods and end things all in one store. Very nice furniture and i love the fireplaces they have also the quality of the stuff is great all name brand mattresses for much cheaper than anywhere else. I also like the fact that they do financing which can really help alot of people out

All staff was friendly and attentive.Bathroom needs to be cleaned better and have seat covers for at least womens.
