She provided the worst customer service ever. After I explained to her that I ordered 3 drinks. She confirmed it with her coworker that she forgot to add 1. They didn’t provide me with a receipt and she made me wait until she got 8 more orders out in front of mines. Meanwhile my other 2 beverages 1 melted and the other got cold. She didn’t apologize or showed any consideration. She was so rude. I will not be going back.

The kids and I went to Starbucks to get breakfast and coffee for my wifes birthday. The kids got breakfast sandwiches and they would have been great but they put them in a bag and dropped them in the bigger bag causing all of the cheese to run off plus I let.them get unicorn cake pops but.they put them in a bag that rubbed all the icing off. Seems like they could find a better way. The coffee and tea were good too.

Placed a mobile order. It took me 45 mins to get my order. At 20 mins I asked for a refund so I could go. They claimed they couldn’t give me a refund. So I just waited. I have never in my life experience such bad customer service. Avoid this place at all cost especially during their busy hours. The drive-thru line was backed into the road.

You cant get out of this starbucks in less than 40 minutes. The line is always out into the road. They prioritize the drive-thru before the lobby so going inside wont help you!Im serious, its this store, not all Starbucks..

This location is presently open until 4pm. I was sitting outside at approximately 3:45 pm. They had already locked the front doors causing the loss of business from 4 customers who came at 3:45. They, also, closed the drive through line at 3:50. They were already breaking down the line at 3:45 pm. The store hours are until 4 pm, not employee departure time!

I travel quite often. This is SLOWEST location I have visited! Slow isn’t even the proper descriptive word! Only one near me besides Target 15-20 away. Today was the shortest visit between waiting in a line that doesn’t move, ordering and actually getting my cold brew at 30 mins!

Went to drive through for coffee and they were closing early than normal, but instead of stopping at the last vehicles that have already been sitting there waiting for a while the girl told two of the ones that have been sitting that we couldn’t order...that is really bad business. You don’t have the ones who have been waiting to leave..I could see if you were telling the ones who arrived after you came out to close but you do not have the ones already waiting to leave 😡

Very bad service. The workers have very nasty attitudes. It’s the only Starbucks in town. They’ve been saying that they will improve and get better but it looks like they never will. Very disrespectful. They never make your drink right. They always have to remake it. Also, it takes an excessive amount of time for them to make a simple americano drink.

If I could give a zero, I would. This is the most poorly run establishment I have ever encountered...Placed an App order, came to the drive-thru to pick it up, said it wasnt ready and to drive around... Apparently, the employees do not realize you can not jump the 10 curb that drops off 2ft when youre blocked in by 8 cars behind you and 4 in front.20 minutes later, get to the window and my Hot Tea and Toasted Bagel STILL are not ready!!! Was told to pull around to the line, which is now 17 cars long... Told her to cancel my order and was given dirty looks by another female employee. 5 employees behind the counter and no one can set a tea bag in the already hot water or toast a bagel??? Time to hire new Management!

Bad customer service. Ordered a strawberry açaí without water and the lady gave me half a cup and even laughed about it and charged me $4.91. Very bad experience. Thankfully Starbucks customer service headquarters helped resolved this issue and was super nice to me.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. Takes forever for them to make your drinks, and then they make the simplest drinks incorrectly. You dont even want to go back to ask for your correct order because you know youll be waiting another 30 minutes for them to make it right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Right now I am sitting in the drive-through line and it is coming from three different directions and is in the street. There are people honking. I have seen multiple people pull up and walk in and walk out after about 20 minutes of sitting here and only moving up 2 car spaces. I walked in a couple of weeks ago because the line always seems longer than everyone walking in stood in line inside the building for 40 minutes and had to ask for my money back because I was late for work. Today I have kids getting out of school for Christmas break at a 12 o’clock early dismissal it is 1130 and there is no hopes of me even getting out of the line to leave because there is no way out. I love Starbucks and I look forward to it every day I spend so much money here but this line and service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I would rather squeeze lemon juice and salt on an open wound

Told the barista taking the orders by drive thru that I wanted to use my stars as they were expiring. When I got to the window, she charged me for my order and when I had told her that I wanted to use my stars again, she said that I should have told her beforehand which I clearly did. She didn’t even reverse the charges (and I know they can do this) but instead gave me a lame excuse and pointed out that it was my fault. Very disappointed at this location’s customer service.

Lines are always super long and when you order ahead you have to wait in the super long line only to get to the window and be told to come inside because your order isn’t ready! Big inconvenience if I wanted to come in thats what I would have initially done. There should be someone designated to mobile orders that is ridiculous. Or advice the customer to pull to the side and YOU bring out to the customer! We should not have to get out and come inside after sitting in a super long line then have to wait 20 more minutes inside!

COVID-19 has affected so much if the customer service experience—and safety—so Im glad to see that Starbucks isnt rushing to push people in-store. I do hope that at least one person per shift is assigned to mobile order pickup to lessen customer confusion. Theres signage, but its not clear if a person has to stand in line at the door or wait in their vehicle.

I enjoy this location. It is convenient though difficult to access due to heavy traffic on two sides.The service is prompt, accurate, and friendly. A warm, inviting environment awaits. The music is a bit loud, but not irritating.Overall, a great experience time and time again!

My wife’s favorite place in the world. They have a rewards card that helps earn free food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to what they are doing. The pumpkin bread is melt in your mouth good. My favorite is the white chocolate mocha. Will definitely recommend stopping by and trying anything on the menu.

The manager refused to make our drinks after we paid and waited in line for 30 minutes on the app probably because they didn’t get our drinks but got our cake pops. They’re refusing service and i’m sure going to another one after that. It’s not our fault their machine didn’t work but we SHOWED them our order and they still refused to give us our drinks. You shouldn’t go here, they didn’t even give us straws or sleeves for our troubles. And this was the manager refusing service.. Starbucks is known for messing up orders but how did they mess up THAT badly?

I stop here almost every time Im passing through the area. I always have a great experience here. I have used the drive thru many times as well as gone inside and Im always greeted by friendly helpful staff and my order is always correct(and it can be a little difficult sometimes, my husband hates ordering for me!) Ive been twice during a pay it back where you had the opinion to pay for the order behind yours while in the drive thru. I thought that was super cool and had me eagerly helping out others the rest of my day of travel instead of rushing through the motions, and having a so so day.

Stopped by here twice on business trips a few weeks apart. Extremely slow both times. 20 min+ for an americano each time. There are a number small coffee shops around this town. I’d recommend trying elsewhere.

The beauty of Starbucks is supposed to be its uniformity. This Starbucks is good and I go there often, but the quality and staff arent consistent. Sometimes my drinks taste burnt and some of the staff members arent always as friendly as they could be our grab your phone to scan the ordering so vs. using the scanner at the window. Hit or miss on if you can pick up mobile orders at the drive through, which I typically only try to do when its cold.

Never have any issues with the staff or the drinks. But the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. The wait can be over 20 mins at times and they will allow you to sit in a backed up drive through you can’t get out of if you need to leave. They do not apologize for the wait or the inconvenience.
