I place a large order with our local Mrs. Fields every month, usually with no issues. I was very surprised to call this month and find out they were too busy to take an additional order. When I suggested that I would just call another bakery, the associate seemed perfectly fine with me taking my business elsewhere. This was even more surprising knowing how slow the mall and their stores are. I will just be taking my monthly order elsewhere from here on out.

I called and oreder a cookie cake over the phone. The only request I had was I want a Llama on the cookie cake. I did not care what colors. When i went and picked it up i was very impressed. When my daughter seen it she was very hapyy with it and said awwwwww that is soo cute I LOVE IT

Cookies didnt seem very fresh, and they were a bit pricey, but they were still yummy.

Love this place. Great staff, clean, coffee bar is pretty cool.

The ladies were wonderful there! Love this place.

They used to be able to put anything you wanted on a cake, now they can only do the basics.Probably will be the next business to leave the mall.
