This is one of my all time favorite stores to go to. Every experience Ive had with them has been fantastic. The employees are super cool, friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful whether you end up buying something or not. They even check your old battery for you first to make sure its actually dead before you spend the money on a new one. Any time I need something battery-related I actually look forward to coming here. I Bought one of their zombie batteries for my Nova because I was on a budget, and its honestly the best battery Ive probably ever had. Highly recommend these guys!!

The manager Billy and the rep Brandon had great service today. When I called the store this morning they gave me all the info I needed to bring my old batteries into the store and walk out with a new battery at a killer deal. They ended up saving me roughly 75 dollars!!!

They guys at Batteries Plus are seriously the best. My parents car needed a jump in a tight area where they couldn’t use jumper cables. My husband walked down to Batteries Plus and asked to borrow a portable battery jump box and offered to leave his phone or wallet as collateral and they said don’t worry about it. Just use it and bring it back. They absolutely saved the day for parents! Incredible customer service and we will absolutely be coming back for our battery needs!

Made a Call to Bill and the Crew at Pacific Power Batteries in Monroe about my Dead Car Battery, I jumped it drove it to them. They came out in the Pouring Rain and Sleet, checked the battery and dash for any other faults. We went in they gave me prices for 4 batteries, They installed it, checked to make sure everything worked and Off we went. Whole process was less than 15 Minutes. Good group of guys.

Cool store with batteries for practically everything. They offer a free service every Wednesday. That service is to replace watch batteries. I tried their free service today and was not disappointed. They handled my watch with care and took their time to get the job done right.This business offers all sorts of products related to electricity. Fantastic little store with great prices and good stock. I stopped by the bigger, more famous batteries and bulbs in Lynnwood and they didnt really have a battery for my generator. I stopped by Pacific Power batteries in Edmonds and just gave him the voltage and amperage and the dimensions and he put one on the table for me.I checked out their other stuff and they were interesting and well-priced

I went in for to get a new car battery, was immediately help by the manager billy, very cool guy, very knowledgeable on the product he sells. He showed me a few batterys I could choose from, he showed me a battery that would work great for me and was areasonable price. He didnt try to upsell my like some other places would. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also, the cookies made by Billy s grandma are some of the best I have ever had. I will be returning for any battery issues I have in the future.

This is the place to go if you need a battery. Jake is super knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish I would have know about this place sooner, I could have saved a fair amount of money and time. If you need a battery for your phone or for your tractor, they probably have it. They also make custom battery cables.

54321I needed AAA cells. They had a few brands to choose from, and were able to tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each. Overall they seemed to have a large selection of batteries of different types to choose from.Customer service was excellent! We were asked if we needed help as soon as we opened the door. The staff were very attentive.

The guys at Pacific Power Batteries in Monroe went out of their way to help me with the purchase and installation of batteries for my RV. They explained how to buy them based on my amp-hour needs while boondocking. The old batteries were a real challenge getting out.I was really impressed how the crew worked together to remove and replace the old batteries and mounting hardware with the new.
