Always expected them to be high but boy was I wrong, price was more than fair. the owner installed and thoroughly cleaned everything. Highly recommend and will come here for all my battery needs.

The gentlemen were friendly and helpful. And dont let me forget, humorous. It was funny to hear the responses of people when we walk in. The salesman said, May I help you? The response while we were there, even mine, was, I need a battery.I loved it! Because not one time did anyone answer with, Do you carry this size battery, or do you have a battery for a whatever type cell phone? It was always, I need a battery. I wanted to say, Didnt we come to the Battery Store?Go and visit, and just listen to the responses of the people that walk in to get a battery.Just Me, De5-13-21

I am so disappointed in the management here. I went in to get a battery changed in my watch for work I saw they do key fobs. I still dont get how you break a person key and dont offer to fix the damage done. I was left to eventually tape my key back together until I can replace it. It will cost me 300.00 to have another BMW key made. Who does this😡

I have always had a good experience with this store until today dealing with Jessie Cantrell. He refused to honor the price he quoted for my phone repair and when questioned about the situation he took my phone to the back and said he was removing my phone screen. My phone now displays an error code saying apple can not verify the screen due to the screen they installed. To say the least, I am very disappointed with this employee and hope he can get the proper training so other customers don’t experience the same issues.

Drove 15 miles to get a little for my trip tonight and got there at 20 minutes until closing and the employee had already locked up the store. Even online with Google said closing at 5pm on Sunday not 4:40pm. Thats OK. I ordered parts from OReilly

We went here looking for lightbulbs for our Christmas village. Having had no luck anywhere else, I was skeptical, but they had them! They will be my first stop from now on.

I called 24hrs ahead, needed my phone camera replaced, was told the product was in stock and could be replaced same day. After a 30min commute I was told that the part was not in stock and that it would need to be shipped, which I would have to pay for. Nice guys, poor execution.

Took phone in at 10 am. They said would be fixed. 5 30 pm still wasnt fixed. Sorry customer service. Stay away.

Need a new car battery they assisted in installation even after previous store replaced tie down bracket with one that was too small.

Good place. Knowledgeable staff friendly helpful. I went looking for for watch batteries for a little LED light. I no sooner said what I was looking for then a man behind the counter told me how much they were a piece. and offered a discount package of 12. Next time I get by there I want to spend a little more time in there looks like they have a lot of cool stuff.

My husband had an 11 o’clock appointment Wednesday to have his iPhone battery replaced it wasn’t finished Thursday it wasn’t finished Friday and here it is Saturday! Totally unacceptable service! Will never shop here again.

Took almost three times longer to replace a cell phone battery than they said it would. I asked if I could be checked out prior to completion to speed up the process and was told I could not. The store was dirty also with dust on several products. 2 of the 3 people in the store did not seem particularly concerned with the fact that it was taking so long to replace my battery and seemed like they really didnt care that there was a customer in the store judging by the language I overheard while they were in the back of the store.

Went to Batteries Plus Bulbs to get the battery replaced for my Samsung Galaxy S8+ smartphone. They also do iPhones and Google phones. Made an appointment online for convenience plus a discount in repair price. They also repair or replace smartphone cameras, screens, back glass or ceramic, and charge port. Before you go there I strongly suggest backing up your phone to all the clouds you can. I also backed up to my PC.As for batteries they had normal household sizes, watches, auto, and some smaller sealed lead acid batteries. As for bulbs, all the normal sizes including candelabra plus some extremely bright lamps.

I stopped to get my car battery checked out and ended up purchasing and having you all install it. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up getting a new iPhone battery while there.

I manage a multi story building and it requires a lot of 4’ tubes for lighting. I can order online and save 10% and usually have everything in stock!

Great service! Bought a car battery here and the guys at the Monroe store installed it for me. They had to remove my backseat to replace the battery. They also found a coupon and gave me an unexpected discount.

My third or fourth time at this place, they have just about any battery for anything!Kyle at the counter was really helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase.Only reason I didnt rate 5-stars was due to place been pretty busy with customers and only one register open to check out......but these days, that seems the norm at most places.

I have been to the Batteries Plus Bulbs store on Louisville Ave, Monroe, LA several times. They are always polite and knowledgeable. They have a well stocked store.

Great service. Changed battery in a inboard boat that was hard to get to. They did it fast and got me on my way.

Cant find a manager or contact one.

Daughter went today and told the guy she had a old battery in her car but she couldnt carry it. The guy was visibly annoyed he had to go get it. Once she told the guy she needed to purchase a new golf cart battery, his response was Well I hope your Daddy gave you a bunch of money. Wont go back!

I went to this place of business and when I walked in I was greeted and right then Thomas asked me what brings me in. He really helped me out. Thomas test my battery and place a new in my car within 20 mins fast and great sevice. Thomas is what the place needs!

Bought a wireless charger there they said I could return it if it didnt work I tried to return it a few days later 90% sure they didnt give me a receipt and they wouldnt accept it, I wont be coming back. Horrible service

I went here to have the screen on my iPhone 5s fixed. The screen had lifted out on one side of the phone, and there were no other problems with the phone. The guy attempted to fix the screen for me, which he did, but he cracked the screen in the process. He did not say he was sorry or accept liability for breaking it. He originally tried to blame it on me and said I brought it to him already cracked, and then all he could say after was that he had fixed the original problem and therefore didnt know what my problem now was. He eventually offered that he could put a new screen on for me at half the price ($70), which I do not find satisfactory. I left the store as he would refuse to do anything for me unless I paid half the cost. I would not recommend going to this store to have your iPhone screen fixed.

My husband and I ordered a key fob for our new car through this store. They ordered one that they said was specifically for our car. We paid for the fob and programming fee. When we went back to pick up the fob, they told us the fob wasn’t compatible with our car and they couldn’t program it for us. We got our money back but I was very disappointed with the way the staff handled the situation. Very unfriendly and didn’t care that they made a mistake. We won’t be returning to this store.
