The music is WAY too loud. I was trying to talk to my husband, who is not hard of hearing, and we both kept saying, huh? What did you say? Music does not need to be that loud in any store. Its 5 Below, not a night club.

Store was clean, everything was displayed nice, and I spent too much money, as usual. Very pleased with visit.

I went when it was a little packed but customer service was great the young lady at the counter was awesome at checkout and even helped me out by making separate bags for my three kids I was shopping for.

The first one I went to was in baton rouge, it was late so they werent really busy, but recently visited monroe store. Also just as clean, organized, and wide variety of stuff to choose from, wasnt expecting these type of stores to have all the selections of categories, clothes, pool activities, workout accessories, bath and beauty, huge candy section, etc. Also loving the dual family sized bathrooms, one with a baby table for diaper change, very awesome and convenient for families.

They are prices that are over five dollars. Some of the prices are overrated and a lot of things you can get online from Wish that are much cheaper.They definitely need to improve the way the lines of form to get to the register.
