Dave has been so helpful and attentive to me, my family, and my vehicle. He is so personable. I love to joke with him, and give him a hard time too but it is always in fun. I trust Dave and that is important to me. I trust his knowledge and his advice. Had to have my A/C serviced unexpectedly, which going to take a good part of the day. The shuttle driver, Dana, was able to drive me home right away. She was also able to pick me up and bring me back to the dealer as soon as I called. Excellent driver and friendly person.

1st got there at 9:20 am, had an appointment for 9:30 am, had some work to do, I understand, there labor rates only showed that I got billed for alittle over 2 hrs, 5 hrs was there, then the night before I marked my back drivers side tire which the mechanic was suppose to rotate them never did and lied about it, and the service manager took his side, I suggest that you DO NOT go to this dealership they are not good and they lie, very disappointed

I left 4 voice mail messages over a 2 day period to get 10,000 mile service on my xt5 with no response so I called city chevrolet got an appointment right away
Very dishonest group of people. Rented a car and drove over 5 hours to purchase a used convertible camaro only to find it was damaged. I had repeatedly asked did it have any scratches or dents. No was there reply. Upon seeing the car it was clearly damaged as the hood was covered in rock spray, back spoiler was broke, steering wheel had chunks taken out of it, inside of the door was heavily scratched and the safety light on the trunk was cracked. Then that takes us to the ride. It bounced and the back made clunking noise. They tried to tell me that was how the car was made from the factory.Very Dishonest!! Needless to say I did not purchase the car.I called him back and left a message.Update: This post is past due and I apologize for that. The General Manager and I spoke and he listened and understood. He believes Hendricks is an honest dealership and he was upset to hear how I had been treated. He was sincere. He did everything he could to repay me for my time. I am very thankful for his time and input to resolve my concerns.

**Beware if you get the family GM discount**. I was going to purchase a 2021 Cadillac CT5V from this dealership and I receive GMS pricing but I was told by the manager that they will not honor it. It’s truly a disgrace for anyone that works, or retired from GM. Shady dealership.

He was not pushy which would have definitely turned me off to buying there. I felt he was sincere and honest which was a huge plus. I would not recommend. This has been my experience I bought a car 30 days ago and they have not registered the car. So far these are some of the excuses; You should get the plates in the mail in a couple of days., oh we thought it was a plate transfer. The car had less miles on it then the title the bank is overnighting the new title. Motor Vehicle is 5 months behind. Right now I can’t leave the state because I have an expired temporary plate and no registration. BUYER BEWARE

I decided to go see a used car that was advertised online. I even communicated with a sales rep online about the car. When I arrived, the car was behind the service department not cleaned. I notified them by phone while I was looking at the car, it was unlocked. They told me a sales rep would come back in a minute. After 15 minutes in 95 degree heat, I left. I called them on my way out, 5 miles down the road. They convinced me to come back asked what kind of car are you driving and a manager would meet me at the car. I returned to the car and nobody was there. I texted the girl I spoke with and she said someone was on the way. After another 5 minutes, I left. I slowly drove out by the front entrance to see if someone was walking back that way. I texted the girl to tell her no one showed up and that I left. Her response back was “no one came out to you?” They went silent until I got voicemail asking if I was interested in the car 24 hours later.

Had a minor problem with service but overall good experience
Horrible, horrible experience. Drove approx 3 hours to buy an $80K+ car that was explained to me was in immaculate condition. As I have a son with Special Needs I asked that we limit the time spent at the dealership to do paperwork as we had already agreed upon a price. Arrived at approx noon. Car was filthy inside and out with some parts being damaged or issues with paint. Worked with Sales (Jason and Gavin) and their shop to address some of issues yet was told one thing then they would do another, causing frustration, back and forth and unneeded delays. Lack of attention to the car made the experience at the dealership last approx 5 hours long and I still left without the car at the end of the day as it was not finished. Two days later the car showed up yet there were items that they could not fix which they supplied a We Owe against. Over the next month and a half I had to hound Sales to get the information I needed to get the work completed. Jason in Sales just stopped calling me back or responding to texts to the point that I had to call the GM and a Sales manager to get any traction. From my perspective, this is a dealership that is all about the trying to sell you a car yet has zero intention of supporting anyone after the sale. Total joke of a Sales Department.

My Adviser was top notch; Dave Thomas took good care of me and kept me updated throughout the entire day. Bad news it took the Technician the entire day to diagnose and fix my issue. I was there for my 9:30 am appointment. By noon, I was told that both the Technician and the Transmission Specialist could not find anything wrong, There were not CODES. Im sorry, folks by bearing hubs dont throw codes and my service request clearly stated bearing hub. Youve got to test drive or at least put in the air and listen. When I requested the technician to do a ride along...an hour and half or so later, Dave reported that they found it after putting it up in the air and listening with a stethoscope (miraculously). My wife and I could here it with our plain ears because it sounded like a truck back-end not a luxury Cadillac. Leads me to wonder how qualified the Technician was or what was he do all morning? Anyway, the car was fixed and hit the road around 4pm. Thanks for a horrible experience with my Cadillac SRX Rick Hendrick Certified Pre-owned no worries guarantee. Warranties are only as good as the Service Shop that backs them. Just let you know, when the front hub bearings went out in April of last year, my wife was out of town, I sent her to the nearest Cadillac dealership, which happen to be Jim Hudson in Blythewood, they took great care of her. They had her out of the shop, by Noon - that was replacing two bearing hubs on the front - not one! They also wash the car, rotated the tires and change the oil at no cost. I guess you cant put lipstick on Chevrolet dealership and expect them to be a Cadillac dealership. I suggest you take the Cadillac sign off the banner out front.

After making an appointment for an oil change at 9 am I was told at 10:15 they still didn’t have the filter needed. Waiting two hours for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous. I will never be back to this location.
Bought a car from them and the car had all kind of things wrong and missing on it .and then took it to there sevice dept .takes all day long never will buy a car from them again.
