My daughter and I wanted matching tattoos and Erica did a fantastic job on them! It was my daughters first tattoo and Erica was super sweet and gentle with her. She explained every step as she went. My daughter also got a custom tat done. She explained what she wanted to Erica and she nailed it! The shop was very clean and the employees were incredibly helpful.

Mr. Hermit was great tat artist, very friendly. Did great work on me and my husband. Made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable. Would recommend fat mermaid and Mr. Hermit to anybody!!

My buddy came to get some work done on a piece he wasnt happy with from another shop. Still has another session before its done but hes already liking it a lot better than before. All the staff seem really cool and very knowledgeable. Will probably end up getting a consult for something myself.

Erica, the owner, did my tattoo, and she was so helpful, fast, and precise! Everyone there is friendly, talented, and professional. The place is super clean, fun, eclectic, supports animal rescue, and you just have a great time while getting incredible art!

Right when I walked in, the environment was so awesome. The artists are very nice and outgoing. I wasnt sure exactly how I wanted my tattoo and Bexx was very patient and took her time finding the best font and look for my tattoo. She did an amazing job!! I highly recommend this place. I went to them and they accused me of being on some type of drug because I have neurological damage and I have tremors. I tried explaining this but they basically told me I was lying. Dont recommend at all!

Ehhhh. Id be very thorough with what you want tattd on your body. They become a bit impatient if you dont necessarily love the initial sketches they draw out for you (they like to add theyre own signature flares to your tattoo). Just be very forward with what you like and dont like before they begin your actual tatting session.
