Brought a vehicle for alignment after replacing a few suspension parts due to a collision.. they aligned it perfectly and it took them only 30min. Very impressed! They were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I am a repeat customer for 5 years. Only place I will go to have service or have tires put on. I’ve had truck, car, and tractor tires put on. I have never had any issue with any of the work they have done. I recommend dropping off your vehicle and leaving it due to them being extremely busy all the time which goes to show the quality of the work. Jeff Drake is very knowledgeable and a great guy. Beware of this place! Took my brand new truck in for rims and tires. Specified I didnt want the tires to rub and didnt want to lose my mud flaps. Tires rubbed so bad that they tore up my wheel wells, damaged my fenders and mud flaps were removed and destroyed (tabs were broke during removal, theyre useless). They put the wrong size tires and rims on the truck! Returned the tires and rims and had the stock put back on. Jeff refuses to pay for the damage they caused. Now going through litigation!

Was in the market for a new set of tires for my Lexus. Jeff priced 3 different options for me and I ended up going with a new set of Michelin’s due to their unbeatable prices. The quotes I got for the same set of tires around Monroe were not even close.They ordered my tires and had them in stock within 24 hours of my original call. I dropped my car off and was back on the road within an hour and a half. After a wonderful experience, it’s fair to say I’ll be a customer of Roadmaster’s for life.

Decent work and good people, but they pad the hours. Recommend keeping an eye on your vehicle during the service. Was charged 1.5 hours for 30 minutes of work last trip.

I brought my 4Runner in because I had a bad shake in the steering wheel at high speeds and while braking. Jeff worked us in, and got us in and out in less than 2 hours. He went through everything to make sure what he was fixing was what actually needed to be fixed and replaced. Having gone to other mechanics, they always talk to women like we are stupid, thats not the case here. Hands down, theyre the best around!

Jeff was very informative in helping me choose the lift kit for my 2017 Toyota Tundra. Kyle was the service technician that installed the kit. Both Jeff and Kyle were very friendly and professional. Will definitely use these guys for future repairs and will recommend them to others for lift kits and tires. Jeff and Kyle both offered suggestion for places to eat lunch while I was waiting on the repairs to be completed.

I should have posted this a while back, but I’m a little slow on technology. Anyhow about a year ago I purchased an older Jeep Cherokee for my daughter and of course she wanted to lift it and put larger tires and custom rims on it. I’m a do your own car work guy but I know nothing about lift kits, tires and etc. I priced around Charlotte and Monroe only to find very high prices and not much advice on what to do. I was concerned about how high to lift it, tire size and drivability after making such changes; just needed some good advice. Well lucky for me one of the sales managers at Bob Mayberry Hyundai(another good business) told me to see a guy named Jeff at Roadmaster in Monroe. My daughter and I went and talked to Jeff so she could tell him what she wanted, what was affordable, and seek some good advice. He took the time to discuss what would work well and what might not work well with my daughter. I was keen to his every word as a dad, but Jeff taking the time to help her get what she was happy with was the overall goal; but not break the bank. Well it worked out great; here we are a year later and we are so happy with what he recommended and the look is awesome, and it’s actually drivable. Also I’m happy because my wallet didn’t get hit hard, and that’s good with multiple kids in college. One of the rims that we ordered had a chipped area on the rim; I could have lived with it, but my daughter couldn’t. Once we made Jeff aware of it he ordered a new rim and replaced the chipped one. He didn’t give us the run around, just good customer service. Also, he is one of those guys that you can call and ask questions for some good information; with a friendly manor. I actually called him a few days ago for some tire information and it made me think about doing this post. Anyhow, I highly recommend Roadmaster to all my friends and to anyone that reads this post. Great place and great price! Oh- and a happy daughter makes for a happy dad- thanks Jeff!
