I had a radiator hose blow on my transit connect. I was on my was to a dog show. I called from the show to ask if they could fit me in today. I got a prompt yes. Showed my dog and headed over. The team had me and my baby girl on the road as quick as they could. So thankful for the service and reasonable price. Thanks again guys.

Unfortunately a their service has not been the best recently. I had a vehicle sit on their property for three weeks and then was told another three weeks until they can work on it. Insurance was going to cover the costs, but Owner states they havent contacted him. My insurance provider sent copies of sent emails to me.They were once my go to, but no longer.They may be better with those who need minor repairs, but I wouldnt recommend when it comes to insurance claims.I hope all the best for them, tho. The front desk manager, Steve, is very polite, and patient. Thank you.

I dropped my truck off because I could hear a bad wheel bearing and my fan belt kept squeeling too. The guys did a great job at a good price. The truck drives so much better now and the craftsmanship appears good and clean. It was a real pleasure driving home and no longer feeling like I’m driving some junker around. It drove like a new truck, although the thing is 25 years old. I can see the new parts that were installed. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop so far. I’ll be back for more repair work. I will add that the shop was still open after a major storm and power outage. They were operating their computer with a generator and using hand tools to work. That speaks a lot to me about their work ethic and dedication. Thanks guys.

I go nowhere else to take care of my car

Took monte carlo in for a vibration during acceleration. Mechanic said everything was good. Rotated, aligned and balanced tires. Replaced front end suspension parts. Still vibrating. Finally took it to the dealer and they instantly said it was the passenger drive axle. $100 plus labor. After I just spent $1000 rebuilding the front end for a drive axle the whole time. Ugh. Then dealership asked who put lugs on and filled the tires. Lugs were loose on one wheel and overtightened on the other 3 and all were filled between 42-60 PSI. Just be mindful. I have been here before with no issues. When I brought this to their attention instead of apologizing and making a plan to do better it became an argument. I dont have time for that kind of service. Next.

Took my car in to get a couple things done brakes rotors all the way around & my back calipers replaced my air conditioning recharge and my car detailed. My air still doesnt work my car is not clean on top my hood &sides of my car they scratched when they buffing my car they cut my sons car seat out to clean the seat instead of calling me & simply asking me to come take it out I went to pick my car up yesterday got in it drove around the block and I had to take it right back to the shop my brake light system and brake light was on today i pick my car up and discover what they truly did to my car they also damaged inside of thecar too didnt put the rugs back in my car called about problems and response was the owner will give you a call back.

Dishonest people. Dont call about nothing. Dont go here bad place to do anything with. Shady business practices. DONT GO HERE.

This is a horrible dishonest place they will rip you off not fix a part you paid to get fixed just horrible. They completely lied to us and we had to get a lawyer to get our money back

Save yourself the time hassle and money and take your car to a different place because this place will rip you off if you let them. Spent hundreds of dollars at this place to have a car still not fixed than finally told it was a head problem took it and had my heads tested at 3 different places to find out that was NOT the problem it was the water pump. I wish I would have listened to everyone and not took my car back there after the first attempt..Oh also broke stuff that was not broke when taken there and was brand new.. sad I have to give a 1 star because I would not give them that if I didnt have too... Probably should hire people that actually know what they are doing instead of getting high all day 🙄🤷🏽‍♀️

Got taken advantage of by very rude people.They charged several hours of labor for a job that took one guy 20-30 minutes.After getting quotes from a few other auto shops in town for the same job, I realize it could’ve been done for half the price elsewhere.On the bright side, they were able to squeeze me in on a tight schedule and do the work quickly. The car is fixed and seems to be running fine.... so far.2/5 would not recommend

DB Complete have taken care of my cars almost exclusively for 10+ years. I believe they have been as honest as possible about all the issues Ive brought to them. They also start with a free diagnosis. Thats a unique, cost saving help to start. I think people would do well to start there before franchise companies.

Well I paid $672.00 to have my front struts changed with new tires and sway bar links everything they inspected that was wrong was apparently fixed but not long after leaving I started hearing a knocking noise took it back and they said my sway bar needed replaced... Another $160.00 I sensed something fishy especially because this is typically not a part that needs changed and was fine and dandy before I brought it here, this place is a scam DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE unless you want to pay for endless repairs if my sway bar was in bad shape any professional and reliable mechanic would have told me when they were changing the links..

I have never had better customer service. They fit me in on a Saturday. Also the cost was half that of the larger chain mechanic shops. The other shops mark up the price of parts by 2 or 3 hundred percent, when you look at the prices charged on the receipt you can actually see they are the real price.Also they brought to my attention the issues I had already known but did not tell them about.

They diagnose wrong, overcharge and say they will call back and never do. When I brought the vehicle back with service light they told me to go to the dealer. After research and Dave at Oriellys help I replaced the actual part causing the problem. Wasted so much time because of them I’m not going to waste more time fighting for my money back but let me tell you I will never go there again or recommend. I was at another auto shop confirmed my suspicions by telling me never go to DB the mechanics aren’t honest and don’t have integrity they’ve seen it in action at their store. Very disappointed because they were strong recommended to me and the problem could have been resolved if they returned my calls instead of blowing me off multiple times. Watch out.

Ive taken a few vehicles there or the years and they have never disappointed me. Sometimes small repair sometimes large repairs but they always did a good job at a fair price.

I would not recommend their service. Please be careful if you do go to them. I had my brake lines replaced. About halfway home I realized my brakes were barely working, by the time I got home there was no brake fluid left in my car. I understand mistakes happen, but this could have resulted in death. They did pay to tow my car back to their shop and fix it. When I picked up my car the second time, nothing was said about it, no apology for risking my life, no explanation as to why it happened. I was very scared to drive my car home as they have proven to be unreliable. This incident made me realize how important it is to research who you have work on your car because you may be putting your life in their hands.

Got stiffed on a boat with a bad hull and carb problems. When I asked for refund in return of he said all sales final.
